This was the first and last time we will be eating there. There were quite a few people in the restaurant so we thought it was a safe bet. Boy were we wrong the service was horrible, as the wait staff could not speak any English other than water, tea or your selection of soda. The food selection was huge but once we sat down with it we realized everything was cold including the soups. The chicken and what vegetables we did eat was extremely mushy. The deserts, well they looked good, but unfortunately the almond cookies were the only thing eatable and Im sure those just came out of a bag, precooked. We waited and waited on our refills on water and our ticket but no one ever came. We finally gave up and went and stood at the register for about 5 minutes while all the wait staff kept pointing at each other. The only employee that apparently speaks English finally came out of the kitchen to collect our money. I explained to the gentleman what our concerns were and he said nothing, nope not a word. We will not be going back and I would advise the same to anyone that asks.

I came in with my family to eat around 830. We got our plates and everything was cold. I tried different food and it was all still cold. Our server never came to refill our drinks. I called her over asked for refills and she only refilled two of the three empty drinks. I asked her why everything was cold and she said because they our about to close ( 9 yet they close at 10). Asked for a manager and told her all the food up there was cold and she told me that it was not. I usually never complain ,but bottom line they were rude and food was horrible. I am a server and have never been that rude. All they cared about was closing. They are not at all concerned about food quality or safety. If health inspector came in they would have failed. They were pulling food off the bar a setting it on the counters next to it expecting people to eat this.

Counstumer service is terrible lunch ended at 3:30 we came at that time we were okay with paying for dinner intill we went to the buffet and all lunch food was there and no dinner and we werent planning to be there long so we asked when the dinner was coming out they said in 10 min it made no sense paying for dinner if we werent gonna be around for dinner so we refused to pay dinner and only lunch the workers constantly were in our face telling us me we had to pay for dinner ( the male manager) we kept telling them no he was all in our faces following us screaming in fact that was our first and last time coming here there food was good but the coustomer service was so bad it wasnt worth it

Poorly maintained buffet - food not at appropriate temperatures. There were desserts that had mold on them. Service was agonizingly slow for 6pm on Wednesday, considering how empty it was, but its a buffet. Meat was room temperature in some cases, and the meat for hibachi was warm, not fridge temperature as it usually is. Even though my wife bit into one of the moldy desserts, they didnt apologize at all. Its a cheaper, dirtier combination of Lobster House and Genghis Grill. Since it was low traffic, I will come back on a Sunday at lunch and see if its any better.

The many varieties of food was endless! The service was quite nice! We had this tall man with glasses as our waiter, and he was very nice. He checked in on us every 5 minutes, which was convenient. The food was fresh and well-cooked! The fruits were also fresh, in fact, better fruit Ive had than going to a store and buying them. The whole inside of the building was clean, however, the restrooms werent. There was urine and toilet paper all over the floor which was very nasty. The overall experience was quite decent, however the bathrooms could use work.

Went there at 8:30 on a Wed. Night. Should have gone somewhere else. I noticed they closed at 10 so thought it would be safe. They were out of most items and were clearing out and putting away food as we waiting for fresh food to be put out. It never happened. When I went to pay, I asked for discount since they were out of most items. She refused and stated I was there too long. Never again. That $37 dollars will be my last they ever get from me! They also quit selling Coke products, but that is another story!

Nasty! We were directed to a table that was so filthy my hand stuck to the table as the waiter looked on. I asked him if he could have it cleaned as I went to the toilet to wash my hands. He didnt bother so I cleaned it with my napkin and water. Then I saw our waiter delivering drinks to another table, carefully holding them against his body till he could get them delivered. He never checked back for the rest of the meal which makes me wonder why my mother gave him five bucks. I would have left 2¢.

Just went Sunday 7/23/17 and food looked better than it tasted. Ate about 4 bites then a roach came crawling across the table. I almost threw up. My son had to go to the restroom to throw up. The waitress said shell talk with the manager about it and said she said we could pay child price. I was so pissed because I still spent $17.00 and didnt even really eat anything. I will NEVER go back there and I hope this helps someone else. This place is horrible. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

Would describe it as mediocre. The section of food is not too great, they have a huge desert bar and salad bar. I didnt go to eat deserts and salads. The sushi bar is plain, they use very few ingredients to make all the different rolls, so you pretty much eat the same roll with couple different sauces on top. Fail... If you are looking for a mediocre place this is it, if you want a decent selection and somewhat decent sushi bar, look somewhere else.

The quality of everything is quite low, but what do you expect from a Chinese buffet? Cold cheese sticks, lukewarm chicken, low quality sushi, and a suspect hibachi station, all for the lunch price of $6.99. Service is decent, but the only redeeming quality about this restaurant is the ice cream and sugar coated peanuts. Literally everything else is subpar at best. Go if you care more about quantity over quality.

Really wish I could rate zero stars, but unfortunately.... I cant. The host was nice, but our server was horrible. She forgot one of our drinks and argued with me about it. Didnt give us any straws and never returned to give us refills. She waited on the table behind us hand and foot, but we didnt exist to her. VERY overpriced and the food isnt good. Dont waste ur money!!!
