They stopped doing grilled, which is the fault of the chain instead of the local restaurant. But the local owner could at least clean this place up and make repairs. Theres enough grease on the floor to go skating. The parking lot has holes that could swallow a Winnebago. The place was built thirty years ago, and Im pretty sure the gravy in the buffet has been there from that very day. Its just an example of what happens when ownership is too cheap to reinvest and modernize. The employees are great. Theyve always been friendly. But this place is disgusting. I wont visit again, even if they offered me free food.

Food& service has really been gone down hill. We went through DT,sat and waited for 10 minutes and we talked about going somewhere else,the young lady on the headset said:"well why dont you just go somewhere else,we are having enough problems here". That is very very unprofessional of her. I will never go back and I have spread the word of the lousy service and horrible food. Yall have ruined the KFC quality!!!

My girlfriend and I visited Searcy KFC last Sunday evening. Food was good, but the employees were very rude. They actually got angry with us and complained because we walked on a just mopped floor and sat in a section we apparently shouldnt have. We thought they must be closing early so we finished the meal fast and left. It was 7:00 at the time, store closes at 9:00.

Why are there people hiding out in the back? When a customer comes in, you should greet them, and take their order. Instead, youre just goofing off back there. And the foods lousy! Do you not even care?

It is 5:30 and the bars are not up to par. Food is dry. Ask for chicken fried steak and ever got it. Will be a while before I come back. Not worth the money.
