FOOD POISONING. Several hours after eating pizza ranch, myself, my roommate and my 2 year old son got sick from their food. First it started with just a bleh feeling, then went to me puking from 3am-6am several times. We all were experiencing horrible/painful gas and my roommate nausea/gut wrenching pain. We contacted them for a refund, as thats the least they should of done, but they did not believe us! They asked for a doctors note, yeah Im gonna get my ass to the ER at 3am because I throw up a few times and have gas, REALLY??? My roommate is a nurse and they tried telling her food poisoning doesnt show up until 24-48 hours. WRONG Come on people, it can and does happen a couple hours after eating the food! They offered NOT a refund but credit. HA!! Like I would EVER eat at your place again?! I told them from the get go, I have never been sick from a restaurant before and therefore would NEVER eat at a pizza ranch again, yet they still try to offer their sickening credit. The "best" they could do since cooperate didnt believe me. Should of sent cooperate some of my puke in a container in the mail. This place does not focus on quality of food or customer service STAY AWAY

We went right when they opened for the evening buffet and it was super fresh, hot and there was a great variety, the chicken was hot and juicy and everything was very clean! If there is a pizza you want and it isnt on the buffet you can tell them they will fix it and bring you out the pizza you requested so you can get the first slice before they put it on the buffet! I dont understand how anyone could every complain! They will make any pizza you request and add it to their buffet! It also says this information on their website! For desert I even made a rootbeer float! This is much better than the Iowa City location, its a lot cleaner and the people are friendlier! We will be back for sure! Nice to see an all you can eat place in Mt. Pleasant!

Their food is ok. Their treatment of their employees is horrible! Ive lived in the area 2 years and their sign has been advertising that they are hiring ever since!! No wonder! Turn over rate is high. Managers are rude to their employees and the employees themselves talk behind each others back. They also DO NOT stand behind the promises they make to their employees! My daughter was supposed to receive a bonus from them. NEVER HAPPENED! And they treated her badly on top of it which caused her to finally quit. Probably what they wanted the whole time so they would have their excuse to not give her more $. And they split tips!!

Not good. Not clean. Buffet, salad bar, desserts and even silverware were all empty for the most part. They did refill the pizza but not the others. I never got the pizza they were supposed to bring to the table. Came in at 7:50 and they literally walked up and shut off the lights on the buffet while i was getting pizza at 8:15. The place is filthy. Hoping its just that they are too short-handed to keep up but it was a disappointing dinner to say the least. I would opt for another restaurant if you have the chance.

Nice size buffet with large selection of pizzas and dessert pizzas. Really good chicken. My granddaughter enjoyed the ice cream over hot apple pie pizza. I am not crazy about any of their pizzas. We go for the chicken. It was a little too cold in the restaurant. The bathroom was frosty. Staff was nice. I like that you need to show ID when paying with a credit card.

Very disappointed with this establishment. Ive finally given up on them. Every time we go, they fail to have a simple pepperoni pizza on their buffet (you know the kind most kids eat); so we request it and it never appears. We have plenty of other options in this town for pizza when were in the mood for it!

3-4-2015 THEY SCREWED OUR DELIVERY ORDER UP TWICE TONIGHT. THIS WAS EVEN AFTER TALKING TO A FEMALE MANAGER AND A MALE MANAGER. THEY ALL NEED LESSONS ON THE ANATOMY OF A CHICKEN AND ALSO ON HOW TO FILL AN ORDER CORRECTLY WE WILL NEVER EVER USE PIZZA RANCH FOR A MEAL AGAIN. MIKE GARMOE, MT. PLEASANT

One star is being generous. Had to fight for for a fork and plates all night. Soda machine out of three different flavors and there was no ice cream... Mens room disgusting!!! Urine and feces on the floor and walls! Ive been in cleaner facilities at ghetto Greyhound stations!

Staff was friendly and cleared the table of plates often. Fried chicken was good and juicy. Pizza came out often -- at least 8 kinds offered, as well as at least 4 dessert pizzas. Also offers a little salad bar and soft-serve vanilla ice cream (but no toppings or cones).

We got there at 11:50am and they were out of gravy and most of the pizza choices. On my second trip to the buffet they had gravy but no fried chicken. Still no good pizzas. Just yhe ones nobody like. Other Pizza Ranches Ive been to were much better.

Pizza, check. Broasted chicken, what? You seriously cannot go wrong with this place. The pizza is excellent and so is the chicken! When I travel in the midwest I always have to hit up a Pizza Ranch. Its just too good.

Average Pizza Ranch fair. We got there around 7:00 and in the last hour the only new pizza was cheese bread. Buffet hours are 5:00-8:00 every night, so I would recommend getting there earlier for fresher food.

Went in at 7:30 pm stood at the counter for 10 minutes and the was told that the buffet was over in 15 minutes and there was nothing out on the buffet to begin with.. we left and went elsewhere....pretty sad.

Chicken is amazing! Could use Mac n Cheese. Their cooked carrots are awful! Their coffee is actually really good. The salad bar is pretty good. No tomatoes sometimes which makes no sense. Overall yummy

Walked in was told buffet closed had to order off menu. Looked at menu went to order employees just stared @ us while they ate and wrapped silverware was there a total of 20 minutes and left.

A pizza place with pretty darn good chicken too. Quick service, prompt refills on the buffet line, and reasonable prices. Not the cheapest place in town, but then you get what you pay for.

Ordered ahead. They lost my order. Nothing was ready. Had to wait 20 minutes. Not the first time. Guaranteed it will be the last. Oh. And then they gave me the wrong order. The WORST!!!

Not the best pizza in town, but their fried chicken is great as long as they can keep up with the demand. The kids (and I) love the dessert pizza and soft serve ice cream.
