The place was nearly empty and we still stood around for several minutes waiting to be seated. Server Toni seemed to forget everything. Salads were wrong, entree side was wrong, (and by the time the correct side came out Id finished eating) and it took a good while just to get our drinks. Food was just off. We both ordered medium rare steak and they were shockingly different. I really wish I had taken a picture! One was so red it was nearly rare and the other was barely pink, essentially medium. Both were tough and sinewy to boot. The soggy crab cakes were intensely fishy, like a BAD kind of intense. This isnt the first time Ive had a bad experience here either. I know its a basic chain restaurant but I seriously get better service and consistency from McDonalds and thats a damn shame.

Serivce was TERRIBLE. Our waiteress (i think her name was Lynn) YELLED at us. Went there for mothers day and will never go back to this location ever again. Service was worse than poor. I have gone to Mc donalds and got better service than Red lobster. The waiteress did not know how to handle customers at all and was too fat to manouver around the table. She interuppted the conversation and yelled at my grandmother to top the night off. I couldnt even stomach to leave a tip for her. She took my 15 cents in change and i was not impressed with that either. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.

Ive been there twice in the past six months. The first experience was bad. I ordered a dish (I think it was an appetizer) that had breaded shrimp. The shrimp was dirty. I sent it back and lost my appetite. I decided to try it one more time. Our food was fine but the food at the table next to us smelled like rotten fish. I had to put my napkin up to my nose. I feel like their food is sub-standard and it will be a matter of time before the food poisoning hits. I wont go back. I gave the restaurant two stars because the servers are very polite and attentive.

First time with my wife here. We were really excited, big expectations. Unfortunately the only thing that was ok, was the service although we did wait like 45 minutes for our food. The rest was a big disappointment... I think they do not know how to cook properly seafood. We got to large plates of shrimps with lobster tail (unlimite feast). Probably raw shrimp would taste better. Interior is bad, scary! Really Red Lobster? Over the years you couldnt master seafood preparation and get a better design?! Not going there again. 65$ for a wasted dinner.

My husband and I just had the most racist experience here. Our waiter was being very rude, the whole time she was acting as if she was obligated Im mean even though your obligated it doesnt mean you have to show it. The waiter sure wasnt showing it to the other customers she even walked by and rolled her eyes at me twice. Our chowder was cold our crab legs came out cold she didnt bother to do the "is everything ok" line or anything but every other couple aroun us were being treated that way. I will never ever step another foot in there again!

I went to have the crab cakes I sat at the bar and the bar tender was very nice and ordered my crab cakes and then got busy so she asked the server to get my crab cakes when she went to the back the server went to the back 3 times and did not get my cakes but she did serve everybody else which I thought was rude finally the bartender went to get my crab cakes and she came back with 2 crab cakes and charged me 14 dollars I got a couple of crab legs and was charged 33 dollars it was very disappointing . unsatisfied in vancouver

Waitress Harmony was sooo slow. She served drinks then we sat there for quite awhile. She said she forgot about taking our order because it wasnt her section.?? We almost left except grandson was looking forward to crab or we would have. Order wasnt right and she walked in slow motion. We asked for another apple juice then she forgot us again because it took quite awhile. My 8 yr old grandson asked me if she forgot us again. I gave her 10% tip but Ill never sit in her section again.

Service was quick, however lackluster. As always, the cheesy bread is perfect. We had a newish side: the tomato caprese. It was awesome. Tennessee bourbon shrimp was pretty darn good. However, everything else from the pick your own trio was average at best and our steak was ordered medium rare but came medium well. I would have sent it back but felt even if cooked right I dont believe it would have been much better. We had a gift card. Nuff said.

Staff was nice. Clean. But lobster had to be frozen. It was tasteless and soft. The crab cake was mushy, and no flavor. It had a hollandaise sauce on the crab cake that didnt even resemble hollandase. It was thin and spicy then to make it worse they put it all over everything. My shrimp, my lobster my crab cake my mashes potatoes. Worse meal I ever had. It cost $30. And I well never go back.

Its almost too expensive for us to go anymore. We did it as a special Birthday treat for our granddaughter. The food is excellent as is the service although I refuse to tip on the tax. I tip on food and reward good service plus leave a shiny penny as a sign of great service. I learned that over sixty years ago. A shiny penny alone says, "bad service." We enjoyed our time at Red Lobster.

Best Red Lobster Ive ever attended or had an experience at. Found out this is also the training center for staff and waitresses/waiters very clean and friendly environment and food was amazing definitely will be going back. Worth the drive if your not in the area or need this location for Red Lobster why because Ive found every Red Lobster is different and not consistent at all.

Reliably average. Its not the best seafood and not the worst. This time I had grilled salmon with double servicing of steamed broccoli. Salmon was cooked well, a little heavy on salt, and the vegetables was steamed correctly. Side salad was typical chain type salad but fresh. Service was attentive and we got in fairly quickly but it was mid-week and @ 5:30 pm.

My family of 4 went to dinner last night and it was Fantastic! Collectively, we had Rock and Maine Lobster, scallops, salmon, shrimp, steak, mashed potatoes and more. Everything was sooo Delicious and Matt, our waiter, was so Great!! He felt like family. We hadnt been to dinner as a family in a long time so that just made it all the More Special!!

My last visit here was absolutely atrocious. Our server, Jerome, was rude and callous. My friend and I had gone to enjoy the endless shrimp, and Jerome made comments like "team shrimp" and "here we go". In the end, he made us wait 20 minutes for a manager to approve our coupon and ultimately just put it in himself. What a waste of our time!

The service was terrible, we had several instances of sitting for 15 minutes or more without refilled drinks. I got a salad and did not think the size was worth the price, there wasnt even real cheese on it and it was a 12 dollars. For my first time at Red Lobster I was not impressed, I wont be going back there.
