Unfortunately there was a bit of understaffing during my last visit here. Our waiter was great, and I feel bad he had to literally run around to everyone. The order was messed up by the chef who overcooked my steak way past well done when I ordered it rare, overcooked all of my brothers food, completely mixed up the side I ordered (asparagus instead of grilled zucchini & squash), as well as the type of crab my father was supposed to get. However I appreciated the manager coming over to apologize to us for the mistake and how quickly the waiter got the chefs to correct it. To manager & wait staff: Thank you for correcting the mix up and addressing the issue, it made our (early) fathers day dinner a lot better.

A friend made a reservation for my family to join to a birthday party, we were supposed to all be eating together but when we arrived we were told that there were 3 people waiting ahead of us, we explain the situation, yet the answer was "oh well we are sorry" so we left. Otherwise my friends would be done eating and as just starting. Normally love to eat at Red lobster and yes I had waited before and didnt mind but this time it was a reservation and I believe it was handled wrong!

It was my first time at Red Lobster and I was very excited because I wanted to satisfy my lobster craving. I had the Lobster Lover’s Dream which looked divine. Five star for presentation. But for me, the lobster-and-shrimp linguini was too salty. The lobster tail was somewhat tough and chewy, but it is difficult to make a tender lobster if they are not fresh. Overall it was a pretty lackluster experience. But I have to say our service deserves five stars.

Took the family to Red Lobster a few weeks ago. They really have improved the overall operation at this restaurant. The host forgot to write us in on thier waiting list so we ended up waiting 10 minutes longer than we should have , but the manager apologized and bought us an appetizer. The server was good but a bit absent at times. Food was good, not great or excellent but good. Will go back again.

Wow! You have really transformed from a negative "sell attitude six years ago to my being welcomed cordially by "Deborah" and then served attentively by a most friendly "Chase. Your food, surroundings and sevice are competently performed by sincere people using high inter-personal skills. Also this is the only "rating survey Ive ever taken the time and effort to submit. Congratulations.

It was my Birthday and the waitress catered to me. She was so kind and polite. The staff sang to me and they all made me feel special. They had beautiful smiles and were very cheerful. I wish I could afford to eat there more often and you would know me by name. (LOL) Red Lobster is my favorite restaurant hands down. Great Job!!!

What is this? SEAFOOD? This was the worst lobster I have ever tasted! I thought this was their signature dish! If this is there best food I dont want to taste anything else from here, and I wont because I will never go here again!!! (atmosphere was so-so, but if that is why you go to restaurants, then you must be an oaf)

Just had dinner at red lobster and it was great the service was awsome and the biscuits is to die for. Our waiters she was awsome and my complaments goes out to the chief thank you for cooking our food. I will for sure come back. I love fast service and friendly smiles and food is good.

The lobster is to die for. I hadnt had lobster before, but now I intend to have it again soon. The only reason that I didnt give 5 stars is that the service was kinda slow for how little people were in there. Oh well. Still a great meal!

Great food.My favorites are their rolls, lobster tails, and coconut shrimp. A must try. Can be a little on expensive side so when I take my girls we decide what every one wants and decide if we are doing take 2 or take 3 or a platter.
