This location has consistently failed to deliver a experience like any other Panera. Their food is consistently sloppy, soggy, poorly made and presented. All this aside from the delayed and often incorrect order. Google shows that 11 AM is the highest business hour for this establishment. I ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese, only to be told -20- minutes later they did not have any. The manager who attempted to resolve the issue became unprofessional when I was not satisfied with their selection o3 three flavors. At that time, my selection of bagels were cheese cinnamon and blueberry. The dining room was less than a third full, and clean. There was no line and no indication of any prior influx that would lead to the lack of variety or disdain received from management when politely inquiring if any more were nearly finished. There were 6 employees standing idle. Another two in the back, idly conversing. I requested a refund, and watched the manager discuss trivial tasks with another employee before turning and walking away, with no indication I should follow. I wont be back instead I will be going to "Seize the bagel" off of Millplain Road. Fresh product and amazing product and a lot nicer than any of the pre-adolescent attitude driven workers of the Penera summer crew. Oh, and they had full baskets of every flavor bagel. Ive managed a bagel shop. If the front of the restuarant is communicating with the baker, and counts are based off previous trends, theres no reason this should happen. Poor management + unsupported work staff has ruined any chance Ill be back. This decision was made even before the manager on duty was utterly unprofessional.

Rapid pick up order is consistently wrong. Nearly every time we go there is some small problem with our order. They seem to get the major part right but the details are missing. This happens so often across different shifts that I can only assume it is a lack of good management, training and follow up to detail. Today they managed to get the bread in the order, which they occasionally forget, bit neglected to put in the butter! Also my turkey club had the consistency of chicken or tuna salad. There were no slices of turkey just a bunch of small chunks. This is just todays order and is pretty much par for the course. If you get the rapid pick up, which by the way is usually longer than the time quoted, be sure to check your order before leaving. I guess we will put this particular Panera restaurant on the "do not go" list for 6 months or so and see if it improves.

I had tried Panera a few years ago and was less than impressed, and I decided to go back today and try it again. BIG mistake. I ordered half a sandwich, and I have no idea where they get off charging 5.99 for a tiny wonderbread sized half sandwich. It was small, limp and cold. And of course it had the mayo on it that said I didnt want.. So after waiting 10 minutes for the most pathetic sandwich Ive ever seen I had to go back and the cashier asked me *would you like us to scrape the mayo off?* What??? No! I didnt have time to wait for a new sandwich because I was on my lunch break so I just got my money back, because lets face it, that crappy little sandwich was barely worth $2. These sandwiches are the worst value Ive ever seen and I will never be trying panera again.

I have to agree with the others, crappy sevice. The food is okay. Okay really, if they would just pay attention it would be better. I am actually here now waitring for my food. The girl taking my order was more interested in everything else around me than taking my order. I had to repeat everything I said and then was way over charged becasue she messed up my order. To management, its your fault! Make it a priority to train properly to include customer sevice. For the prices you charge it chould be a better experience. I have been treated better at Subway.....

Dont get me wrong im a big fan of Panera...however this location is horrific. The employees all look like they are being held against there will, thers is no care of diarity needs and if they make a mistake on your order the manager trys to put the vlame on you for how it was ordered and how if you would have looked at the receipt you can see everything in your salad. Also the place is filthy. Took a peek inside the open tea container and it seems like it hasnt been washed in months. This location is a total waist of time and money.

I have enjoyed Panera ever since they opened here in Vancouver WA. My last three visits have left me wondering "What the heck is going on here?" My orders have been incorrect, the staff seems to not know whats going on and the menu board has swathes of tape across items that are no longer available. Today, when I arrived home to find my Turkey Avacado Bacon Club was an Asiago Steak, I decided thats it... all done... no more. Three visits. Three orders wrong. That is a trend, gang.

Good: This location has one of the few outdoor patios in the area and an acceptably nice interior. Bad: This location is unexceptional in every way. With better choices on every dimension except the patio its not really worth visiting. Summary: the combination of price and location consistently leaves me feeling underwhelmed. More broadly, the same can be said of Clark County, a disappointment, not a place to visit, occasionally the best option available given its location.

I like everything here! The fresh breads (sourdough is the best!) the pastries, the sandwiches, and the coffee is actually quite good-- several varieties and always fresh! Im guessing that whiny idiot who didnt like the coffee is the type of pretend coffee snob who has never been outside of western Washington. That aside, it is called Panera BREAD, not Panera Coffee! Like when I want a freshly baked loaf of bread, I always go to a drive thru coffee shop! duh!!

Great food, but the staff need some work. No one seems like thwy want ti be there. Not very attentive at the register (one time i watched the cashier sweep the entire back area before helping me), and Ive had my order messed up many times where the order is correct on the receipt but i recieve say a salad that looks completely different from last time, or even more often, without the dressing. Panera Bread is delicious, it jist needs to update its training methods.

Had the most amazing service on my last visit. Party of 5 and two chicken sandwiches came with only a small half dollar coin size piece of chicken. Totally unacceptable. Went straight to the manager who immediately came to the table. She personally remade the sandwiches correctly and gave each in the party a bakery treat. We arrived one hour before closing time. We will certainly continue visiting this location as we already do about 3 times a month.

There are two ways Ive experienced this place and both have been awesome! We go here for lunch quite often and the service is quick & friendly, the sandwiches are always great (as theyre made to order & the bread is fresh) and pastries/baked goods satisfy any sweet tooth. Their carrot cake was OMG good! My employer also orders catering from here for meetings and those sadwiches are just as delicious!
