This business has been one of my main go to for both business and personal use. I have live in the Point for 20 years and Little Louies always delivered good quality on an upscale basis. Since the prior owner sold the establishment (Raquel) the qualify of the product, the standard and customer service has deteriorated the new ownership needs to go back to handling a lower end coffee shop like they did in San Francisco. They do not have a clue on how to deliver customer service in a higher end deli. I have had business meeting there, have had them catered my lunches, breakfast and bought with pride many of my business clients from out of the area to the wine bar as well, It was not unusual for me to have spent several hundred dollars on each visit. I will spend that money elsewhere. Please let me know if you have had the same disappointments under this inept new ownership. MP

For my first time being here its ok.. my point system is easy 2stars for kitchen 2stars for customer service and the last star if they went beyond. Well the kitchen did a good job. The test was over medium eggs. They got it right. French toast were a little under cooked but edible. They got the 2stars. Now customer service: these ladies need h help. I told one that it was my first time and all she did was hand me the menu. Smiles were limited if any. They all happy with regulars and each other.. but guess what, regulars are made by first impressions. They need training. Anybody can buy processed meat and call yourself a deli... people comeback because of the hospitality...

A friend told me about this place. You order in front and get a ticket then you pay and they bring your food to you. It was pretty busy for a Friday but was told it get busier. Wasnt a good place to take a noisy baby. A customer asked if my child could stop banging on the table since he couldnt hear his friend talking. Lol. He was really nice about it so I was nice back and pulled my little one away from the table. The staff is super friendly and their customer service is awesome. Food was good. Chili tasted way better than it looked. I would go back. Want to try their spicy tuna sandwich.

The food and the staff are amazing!!!! The breakfast Mmmmm... the sandwiches... Mmmmm. A must stop for breakfast and lunch! And... believe it or not, their coffee is better than Starbucks! I would insist that anyone traveling through or living in Point Richmond experience this place. My companys HQ is in town and every time I travel here for work, Little Louies is a part of my routine, whether it be for breakfast and/or lunch. They even have a very nice wind bar if youre in the mood for some vino! I cant imagine why anyone might give less than 5 stars for this place!

I am from Alabama and know country fresh :). Back in 08 my cousin that lives in Point Richmond got married and we ate brunch here the day after the wedding, "my wife and I actually ate here a couple of times/stayed at the hotel mac". "have lived in san fran" The food was insanely good, home made fresh french pastries, hand squeezed OJ, and the hash corned beef were amazing. They also had good cookies and coffee. Would highly recommend to anybody, price might be a little on the high side for some, but you get what you pay for.

Little Louies is easily the best Sandwich between Berkeley and San Rafael! Try the Turbo Turkey... or any of their sandwiches. Everything comes on SemiFreddis bread... Great breakfast too. The breakfast sandwich is killer to go. Finally hey have a great wine bar with food at night... but only Thursday through Saturday I think.

Love this place. They have gluten free bread and sometimes gluten free soups but double check with the soups about exactly whats in them sometimes they say it is "but it has noodles" haha so not always accurate. I come here whenever Im in point richmond. Im not sure how long theyve been around but a while. Its the best.

The food was great. Goood eggs, great seasoned sausage with a hint of thyme. Unique omelettes like avacado and artichoke. Corned beef hash had nice large chopped corned beef moist and perfectly seasoned with a balance of thyme as well. Yum. Great breakfast spot in a nice small town atmosphere

Very good food, I would have given 5 stars but the service was not very good. I had the California omlet it was very filling and very good. It is too bad the service was not good. Had to wait to be servied, had it ask for everything, never got a water refill and took forever to bring my check.

Slow service. Disorganized. Cashier didnt understand English and or has hearing problem. Overpriced. Poorly presented. Toast not toasted. Home fries not crispy or flavored. Egg mash up ugly, tasteless. AVOID. They didnt bring check. I should have walked

There side dishes are really improving. I love my sides, pesto, greek salad and potato! Drizzle a little olive oil and done! Still hard sometimes to get someones attention during non peak hours, but sure beats the lunch hour crowd.

Its all about the lunchtime options with-a-capital-O! Busy though, but the line moves quick, so you probably wont even have enough time to choose what you want, what with all those Options!

Foods pretty good - average or a little below for a deli. Customer service is lacking. Lady behind the counter (owner?) Is always stressed and not particularly pleasant to interact with.

I work nearby and eat here regularly. They make great thick deli sandwiches, tasty salads and burgers. Little Louies is also the place to go for a hot breakfast when in The Point.

Wow, my buddy wasnt wrong when he said the chicken sandwich was huge. The chicken was so hot when it came out that I burnt my mouth on my first bite. It was delicious and filling.

Love this place. Always come with coworkers and any chance I get being that I live across the county. Pricier than other delis in the area, but totally worth it.

This place was great. Food was incredible. I had the huevos rancheros, and fresh squeezed orange juice. I was shocked how cheap it was, only about $7.

Super cute cafe with delicious food. Nice patio space to eat outside, which is great if youre traveling by bike and dont have a lock.

One of the best breakfasts in all of Point Richmond. The omelettes are superb, and the espresso is better made than most in the area!

Good food, cool Point Richmond atmosphere, but service can be slow, so dont be in a rush (review is for a Sunday brunch).
