This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. About a 20 minute wait just to get to order (you cannot leave drive thru as you are locked in) and then I order not necessarily what I want because I cant really read their menu positioned in a very poor spot. Then while I wait for my coffees to be made I over hear the 4 girls inside talk bad about customers. I work in retail and I get customers can be frustrating but you NEVER talk bad about them in front of other customers! The coffee I received were drinks I have ordered from other establishments, so I know what to expect. These are awful! Too sweet, very little coffee. When I try to call to complain it takes forever to locate a phone number for this particular location, when I finally do they do not answer. I try calling another location and same thing. From this experience I will never be a patron of this or any other Black Rock coffee whatever its called.

I found out about this location after driving around the Home Depot and Krispy Kreme area. Im a huge fan of Blackrock coffee and I always come out pleased. The customer service at this location was excellent and quickly addressed my coffee request. I even made a last minute change on my coffee flavor. I felt bad pretty bad, but they kindly changed it so promptly which blew me away. The staff there are super nice and I highly recommend stopping by to grab some quality coffee.

The employees go out of their way to remember not only your drink but the things you tell them, like what you are doing for the weekend etc which adds a lot of depth to the experience, especially for being a chain. The Coffee is delicious and the coconut milk is the best flavored one Ive ever tasted and I have tried them all. Super reasonably priced too. Really cant be beat!

Used their drive through window. The service was good, friendly and fast. Ordered a cup of latte and the flavor was good, the foam is creamy. The only complaint i have is the temperature. Its too hot which make it hard to enjoy right away when you are on the go.

Went in a few minutes before closing and told they couldnt make a coffee because the machines were just turned off, funny thing was they were making coffee for someone that they were busy talking to in the drive thru!

Good customer service and fair priced, good tasting coffee. I would prefer home baked local treats. The chocolate chip cookie dough looked brown and the banana bread was too sweet. Clean

Absolutely AWFUL!!! I was told by the male at the DRIVE THRU that I dont know how to order my COFFEE CORRECTLY .... I was A WALK IN!! Never going there again

Great place to get coffee. Line is usually not too long compared to other coffee places like Dutch Bros or Starbucks. I love thats near my house.
