I called and placed a To Go order for an order of Clucks and Fries & Clucks and Mac & Cheese- Upon arriving I picked up my order, paid, and left back to work to enjoy my 30 min lunch. When I opened my box of Clucks and Mac & Cheese the only thing in the box were clucks and celery- no mac & cheese. I called the store to ask about my food and Garrett rudely questioned "Well what do you want me to do about it" I simply asked if I could come back to the store to pick up my missing mac & cheese and he told me that it would be ready for me when I got there. 10 minutes later I arrive to pick up my missing order when the front desk host greets me by name and insists the manager meet with me to make sure everything was okay/I was a satisfied customer. I felt very appreciative that the manager wanted to ensure I was happy, so I took a seat and waited for her to greet me. The General Manager, Judy then approached me and immediately stated "Hi Im Judy the General Manager & I heard youre missing mac & cheese, but I personally put the mac & cheese in there. You need to go check the parking lot or the car where you dropped it." I was shocked that this was her response, let alone the fact that that was her introduction. I replied telling her that there was an empty spot in my box where mac & cheese should be and that maybe it was just forgotten- can I have a replacement since I already paid for my order? It doesnt seem that hard to accommodate so I can be on my way and enjoy the rest of my short lunch. Judy then told me that I was "trying to pull a fast one and rip her off" and she would be happy to replace my order of mac & cheese if I placed a new order, waited 20 min, and paid for it. At that point I was so appalled that I walked out of the store and went back to work to clock back in on time. I am now hungry, disappointed, and overall offended that I was singled out and called a thief! Judy made it clear to me that she has a problem with interracial couples and believes all black people/anyone associated with blacks are "out to pull a fast one" and "rip off" her store. I will tell all friends, family members, and community members of Tualatin & the greater Portland Metro Area to never eat at this Red Robin! They have horrible customer service, are racist, and will go out of their way to single you out as a nuisance.

We ordered some pretzel bites and let our server know that we were sharing with our 11 month old. Also said we would take those before our meal as it was later in the evening since I get off work late and my little family was hungry. We did get our drinks but kept waiting and waiting for any food. The server final came back to tell me they were out of the grilled onions that come on my burger but offered me fresh onions instead. (Kind of curious how no one knows how to make grilled onions out of fresh onions but ok) also still did not have our pretzels. Said she would ask and then brought our food and was unsure why our appetizers werent ready. I asked for a little pink in my burger but when I got the burger it was barely done. My daughters broccoli was cold and my partners teriyaki burger only had teriyaki sauce on one half of the burger. Actually came to eat at cracker barrel just they were very crowded and had a long wait and like I said my family was hungry. Next time we will go to burger king

We have been to this Red Robin several times. Each time, the food has been consistently good, whether it be burgers, salads, or other dishes. However, the service has also been consistent during each visit - consistently slow and disorganized. On about half of our visits they have completely forgotten about us after we were seated. Today the server said that this was because the hostess never told him that we were his table. Later the manager came by and asked how our food was and if he could get us anything. One of our party asked for a refill on his Freckled Lemonade (strawberry lemonade). It took quite awhile to get the refill, and when the manager returned he apologized and said that he couldnt find any strawberries. Really? Its almost like everyone there, including the management, has never worked in a restaurant before. At least the food is good. The only reason we go here is because the location is very convenient right at the junction of I-5 and I-205 and right next to Cabelas.

This Red Robin location is one of the smaller stand alone stores. During the dinner rush, it gets pretty busy. We normally sit in the bar, and the staff in that area really does a good job. I think our order has been wrong maybe 2 times ever, and we go once every few weeks. The free birthday burger is nice, coupons seem to appear out of no where, and the rewards help pay the check. There are a few downsides to this particular location. First off, the beer is expensive and the selection isnt great. Parking is really hard as the "lot" for the restaurant has maybe 15 spots, and while its close to Cabelas, that parking lot is normally packed. Most of the managers are good but when your order is wrong sometimes theyre less than helpful. In one case the server put the order in wrong and when the food was dropped off we said something. The manager was quite rude and combative suggesting wed simply said the wrong thing. Ultimately they did take it off the bill, but it wasnt worth fighting.

I honestly want this particular location to workout but Ive tried this place five times throughout 2016 and Ive just been left disappointed. The most deterring thing about the place is the poor customer interaction. Ive both recieved and witnessed employees that both are angry toward coworkers and management but also just short, inflexible and contemptuous treatment of guests. The food is rarely upto the standards. We ordered two burgers tonight, well-done and the picture below is one of them. She could not finish her meal because of how raw it is. The salad had no dressing on it, nor did it come with any. The appetizers had only a few fried jalapeños and 2 pieces of fried zucchini for their "$7 dollar appetizers. Honestly, Im done going to this location. If you want to go to a Red Robin, go to the Sherwood location. Weve never had an issue there in the 6 years weve been in the area.

One of the best if not THE best Red Robin my family & I have went to! Pretty much everytime we goto this location we have a wonderful experience, only time it didnt go well was when we took our son there for his 1st birthday and we had told our waitress multiple times that it was his birthday since we didnt care about the icecream but he loves when people sing "Happy Birthday" so was looking forward to recording his reaction while out at dinner. We left disappointed that trip, havent gone back to this location since then actually.

Ive been to the restaurant , often , when its not busy and I get decent service. This last time , though it was super busy and the waitress pretty much forgot half our order. No one brought us napkins or silverware until we asked for it, never refilled any of drinks , actually forgot our appetizers, didnt ever check on us till the end of service, forgot to leave the dressing on the side for one order, forgot our drinks at the start of service and our food was cold. Worst Red Robin experience I have ever had.
