I like this place. I never rush for parking during the rush hour. The foods are fresh and their price are reasonable. For Chinatown standard, I will give 5 stars for their service. People who are very selective for their food and seeking for a VIP service, should visit somewhere etc. This is not a trashy place. If you are only look for fresh dim sum and hot tea at peak hour, I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Dim Sum Yum! Dont keep wondering or driving around, the parking is on site, service is prompt, food is amazing!! Its a little pricey but worth it! Clean and with ample seating. We were stopping in between appointments and this was a perfect delicious site and you can always tell when theres a lot of Chinese people, its a trusted tasty place ;).

Terrible service. Wait staff with filthy clothes on. Bathrooms dirty. Food of poor quality, small portions though big prices. Will NEVER EVER return to this place. Lots of cigarette smoke and dirty looking people hanging around the front door inside and outside.

We were in town and searching for a Chinese restaurant in Chinatown. Picked the restaurant because they had some decent parking. The food was good and service was quick due to the fact it was close to the end of the evening. We would definitely come back.

Easy parking, good food, quick enough service. Friendly, even for Americans, but not dumbed down. Helpful with the ordering, if necessary. No problems. Love the red bean sesame rice balls. I always come here before flying out of SEA.

Ive never eaten there for any other meal, but for lunch, this place rocks! Quick, and tasty, but Im neutral on price. Try the Duck! Also, for dessert, dont miss the chance to have the Sesame and Red Bean balls.

very bad chicken. Went with a group and they had bad chicken as well. They gave us a new plate but that chicken was bad as well. I think they either kept it out too long or was old.

A pretty great Dim Sum place, not the best, but definately the easiest to get into and reasonably cheap.
