The service was the worst Ive had anywhere hands down. Upon sitting down we werent given any water. I had to ask three times with two waiters to finally get water... and it took a good 25 minutes. Over the next 45 minutes our glasses were _never_ refilled. We did see sporadic refills at other tables but the guy never bothered to come check ours. When somebody finally showed up to take our order two members of our party asked for cherry Coke. The waiter took the order but then another staff member came back with regular Cokes. Apparently they dont have cherry Coke, which is perfectly understandable, but why didnt the person who took the order mention it? When we asked for the check it was the water thing all over again. It took another 20+ minutes and several requests before it was brought to us. The food itself was good but what should have been a 45 minute meal turned into an hour and a half long ordeal. If you want Vietnamese food save yourself the aggravation and go to the Intl District.

My friend and I went into New Saigon for a quick bowl of pho ga before seeing a movie at Pacific Place. We had been there once before and found the pho good, and the service quick. We arrived at 7:40 (our movie started at 8:30) and were told they were closed. But the sign in front says youre open until 8:30 I said. The host or manager said, We werent very busy so we closed early. I said, We just want two medium bowls of pho ga. Well be quick. He offered to make us an order to go. No, I said, Wed have no place to eat it. He would not budge. Basically, they didnt want to wipe down a table and wash two bowls and two spoons. Basically, their own schedules were more important than their customers. Basically, they are saying: We do not want your business. Ever again. Okay, New Saigon. You have your wish. Never again will I try to eat there. And I am telling everyone.

The cashier at this place tried to keep my change without asking. Came here for pho since its close to my house, the bill was $9.85, I gave the cashier a $10 and to my disbelief he took my $10 and closed the drawer. I then just stood there and looked at him with the "ummmm give me my change look" he then smiles, says "oh your change" and gives it to me. This was not an honest mistake as you can tell they do this quite often. This almost made me take the tip back I left on the table. Just beware of the cashier if you eat here, he seems to be a specialist in stealing change hoping people dont say anything because its only a few cents, its not about the 15 cents to me thats straight up disrespectful!!! Will never visit this place again and will advice anyone I know to avoid this place. I bet he makes a lot of money throughout the year stealing peoples change

My go-to place in downtown when I get overwhelmed with my over all day that went from work or even just spending time in downtown. Quite and solemn place to relax with unwinding music while feeding yourself with descent food thats worth the price. There is some couple charging station if your phone is about to die. The food is good not great but not bad. Theres nothing I can complain about. I come here often to get away from the busy downtown I love but also hate. Thank goodness this place exist. The food is serve with much respect. I highly recommend this place not expecting too much. Its not a luxury place but the place is well maintained and spotless clean! Worth stopping by!

Ive been here a few times (5-6) and love it - Im not sure where the negative comments are coming from. I had a few different kinds of Pho and loved em all. They do get you in/out pretty quick, so dont expect special treatment. Only negative experience I had was ordering fried Won Tons - they were...well...pretty fried. Everything else Ive had tasted really good and their prices are right in line. The place itself is really clean and friendly. They have a bunch of different items on their menu (some are overpriced) so its a good place to try a few times.

I have my lunch here sometimes throughout the month and Im really satisfied with their service and food.I also like the one on the 3rd Ave "new vietnamese" but new saigon is closer so i go here. Fast service too and no flies!! I get the vietnamese salad #27 - really good, I get Pho ga (chicken pho) so good with extra noodles, i get spring rolls - really good with the peanut sauce with fried onions, and i sometimes get the Pork chop dish #16, tastes just like how my grandmother makes it.

The Pat Thai was terrible. I took a couple of bites, and told the waiter that I didnt want it any more, and didnt want to pay for it. They asked me to choose another dish. By that time, I didnt want to be adventurous any more (I didnt trust the chef), and asked them not to charge for the food that was not acceptable. However, they refused my request, and charged for the food that I didnt eat. If you like Thai food, dont go there. You will be disappointed badly!

The hole-in-the-wall experience at its finest. Food is pretty good and nicely affordable. Service is okay though it can swing very wildly depending on the time of day and such. Location in general is of course awful unless youre already walking by, but if you are on foot and in the area, especially if youre attending an event at the Washington State Convention Center, its a great place to sneak off for a quiet meal in a place that will be less likely to be mobbed.

The guy waiter who was working Tuesday night gave me a mean look as soon as I walked in(Im African American). He would asked the other tables if their doing okay, refilled their drinks and didnt come to my table at all. I ordered the shrimp and chicken fried rice, my shrimp was not cleaned or deveined, I ordered the same fried rice days earlier with a different waiter and my shrimp was clean. Ill be calling the health department.

I think it is in business just because enough people stumble in here wondering around the area. The food was nothing to get excited about. Prices were decent, but not a place I would rush back to with all the other great places to choose from. If you are going to run a restaurant in the greater Seattle area, you better be serving great food, because the choices are endless and many of them are putting out great food.

I really appreciate how they set up their To Go orders of Pho. Ive eaten in a few times and have always liked my food. The to go Pho though is awesome. They send you out the door with a bowl of broth with the ingredients, sauces, etc.. in another box. I like being able to put exactly how much of what in the broth or keep things on the side. Chicken on the side and veggies/noodles in the broth!

This isnt the best Vietnamese restaurant Ive been to, but the pho is good, the service is quick, and prices are very affordable. However, there isnt really any Banh Mi on the menu, and its easy to miss the restaurant itself - from the street it looks like just a tiny door, but it actually leads down to a decently sized space on a basement level.
