If I could give zero stars, I would. The food is good but the owner made this experience one of the worst of my entire life. Lunch with a gal pal and her son, attempted to pay in cash but was told no because the bill had a tiny tear. I walked across the busy street to the bank to try and exchange the bill, but was told I could not because I didnt bank there. Same thing at the second bank. Back to the restaurant to explain and again try to pay, or make arrangements to come back. I was very embarrassed at this point. Rather than being compassionate, the owner chose to scream at me, show my money to the other patrons and ask would you take this from HER?? (I swear it was a tiny tear) and then demand my drivers license number home address and vehicle registration to be allowed to leave. When I wasnt comfortable with that, he very nearly physically assaulted me, in front of witnesses, then banned me from ever coming back. He neednt worry. I wasnt going to come back anyway. Not after being treated like that when I was making every effort to pay.

What a suprise. My wife woukd go here every other week and I would get the leftovers. Yes, they were good. I woukd drive by and looking at the outside think, what does theinside look like? Just saying... Outside does not look desirable but immediatly when you walk inside, WOW! Very clean, and very nice! Again I already knew the food was good. Service was great! Friendly staff who each asked us how our meal was. Im now loving this place like mt wife does. Food 5 stars. Inside 5 stars. (Cool and nice music in background). Service 4 stars. Outside Building 2 stars (honestly I think people see the outside and think... yeah?...) This is now one of my favorite places.

Very regular customer for a reason... My family and I have been eating here for years. Joe and the gang always take care of us above and beyond any other restaurant we have visited. Top rating of any I have to offer. Food is plentiful with excellent flavor. There are lots of vegetarian options (for my wife and son) and they rarely ever mess it up. Thats not easy to say about most every other restaurant we have ate at. Highest recommendation from this household. Eric & family.

Ive been going here with friends for over the last two years and have tried most everything on the menu. Always great food and wonderful service - owner is a great guy and recognizes my friends or I when we come in, so does one of the waiters. :) Ive tried many of the Thai places in the area and across the country and have only found two others that compare, one in Denver and another in Manassas, VA. If you havent stopped in and tried this place you should!

I am not a Thai food expert, however both my husband and I very much enjoy this place. Huge portions at very good prices. Just about every time we go there (we pick up mostly) we wonder how they stay in business! I usually get the Pad Thai and my husband usually gets a different entree each time. He has enjoyed the Sweet & Sour Chicken a few times, which is NOT like the Chinese style dish. Weve also had the Sweet & Sour Salmon - that was good!

Awful service tried to overcharge me on drinks food was decent but service was miserable. After I got the check and showed the waiter he called for the manager (probably the owner) he told me "this not McDonalds" So I took this as an insult as he was pretty much calling me fat and Americans stupid. Do yourself a favor and eat at ayothaya Thai or chili Thai instead as I have had good service at both of those establishments.

$4 extra for glass noodles is way overpriced. Ive been eating Thai food for years and never experienced such price gouging. The appetizers were bland and the crab wontons had no crab. When we cancelled our order and tried to pay for the appetizers and drinks the manager threatened to call the police. Awful service and bad food. We will never return.

Excellent thai food! We got the pad thai and drunken noodles and the food was delicious! The service was friendly and the food arrived promptly. The atmosphere of the place was nice, and it was very easy to get to (right near the highway). They created the dishes to the level of spice you want, which was great. I would definitely go here again!

My wife and I always use to eat at this thai resturant in Tukwilla, but living in Puyallup we found that inconvienent... so we had tried Chilli thai and didnt care too much for their food- but Bangkok thai was awesome! We loved their phad thai and appetizers! DELICIOUS and very authentic. I reccommend highly!

The BEST Crab Wontons you will ever eat! Ive been eating at Bangkok Thai for nearly 15 years and have NEVER had a bad experience! The Spicy Salmon is my meal of choice which is AMAZING! But everything is good! The owner Joe and the staff are top notch people also! If I could give higher than 5 stars I would!

I used to love this place and cane all the time but then it was taken over by new management and some things were changed for the worse by classics being taken off the menu like the chicken curry. I still liked it until i got food poisoning from under cooked shrimp. Now i dont go back any more. So sad

LOVE IT. I am a frequent visitor here and though I usually stick to the same dish each time ( because its just SOOO good [Pad ke mao]) I have tried their other dishes and each one is fantastic. They even know me there. Great food. Great people. Friendly. Welcoming. ALWAYS a fabulous experience

Love this place the crab cheese wonton are delicious, as is the panang curry, and the curry noodle soup. Been coming there for 3 years now. Always good. Definitely where you should eat tonight. Prices are good too. You get a lot of food for what you pay. Also their Thai iced tea is tasty.

The service was alright, food came very quickly... But it was gross. The lamb salad tastes very burnt and they actually brought me the wrong dish. Very disappointing. Im sticking with Thai Dish in Centralia. Thats some quality Thai food.

While this place probably would not stand out in Seattle, for south hill this is a treasure! Great food, good portions, friendly laid back service, clean and relaxed atmosphere, reasonable prices. Our favorite treat in Puyallup area.

Gross!!! Had basil chicken #31. Very bland and gross, basically tasted like slop. Stomach messed up next day. Spring rolls also flavorless. No issues with service but I threw away most of my food so wont be returning.

This is the place to go for authentic Thai. Our favorites are the crab wonton and the chicken panang curry. We also love the family that owns it, very nice people.
