Probably the worst Chinese food Ive ever had, and I grew up in a small town in the Midwest where people think truck stop diners are upscale dining. I ordered the General Tsos Chicken, Crab Rangoon, and the Shrimp Roll for delivery. The driver was very polite, although it took nearly 45mins from the time I ordered to get my food. The Shrimp Roll is not sushi, it is breaded deep-fried shrimp. While they were properly cleaned, they were dry, flavorless, hard to chew, and arrived at my house cold. The same can be said for the Crab Rangoon. They would have been a lot better if they were hot, but they arrived at my house cold and hard to chew. The worst part was the General Tsos. It wasnt crunchy at all, as if they microwaved it instead of frying. The sauce was tasty, but that doesnt make up for the soggy breading. They also used very poor quality chicken, and it showed. This dish was also cold when it got to my house. I wouldnt recommend this place. Maybe the food is better served fresh, but for the price its not worth it to give them another chance.

This is the worst Asian cuisine i have ever had the displeasure of eating. I got take out and The rice was absolute porridge and didnt even look like rice anymore. It was tasteless and bland and the general Tsos chicken was coated in this gelatinous goo that was supposed to be sauce. The spring toll was inedible and chewy and i was so upset i went in to get a refund and the woman was so unbelievably rude to me. Instead of providing good customer service and just giving me a refund for obviously un eaten food she stood there and argued with me that it was the way they make their rice...and that i "dont know how to eat" i wish i would have had her try and taste it to see how disgusting it was. I cant believe the snotty attitude towards me after i was being polite to her and apologizing about me not liking the food. JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND STOP ARGUING WITH ME!!! I will NEVER go back to this awful establishment. Save yourself a headache and save your money and go somewhere else.

Came here to celebrate a birthday for a friend with a group of 12. They gave us a very large room and we spent about three hours there. Before going for the first time, we knew about a package they had priced at $18 min that included one dish and karaoke. When it came time to pay however, our itemized receipt had a plate of seven chicken wings at $15 a plate, and not only were they covered in a snowfall of green onions, they were too salty. Two pictures of too sweet lemon iced tea cost us $32. Our bill came out to be just under $300 and even after talking to the cashier, she seemed to stick to her guns about prices of things not explicitly listed on the menu. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

The Orient Express is the only place Ill order delivery Chinese/Thai. I just have to correct the Midwesterner with the bad review - Shrimp rolls arent supposed to be sushi at all, friend, this isnt a Japanese restaurant. And the crab rangoon looks and tastes just like the ones Ive tried.... everywhere. I will say that where I come from, Chinese delivery is cheap (try a $9 minimum for delivery) and plentiful, so I had trouble finding a reasonable place to order from once I got to Seattle. Orient Express is the winner, after many failed attempts elsewhere. Dont listen to the Midwesterner, she doesnt know rangoon from a bassoon.

Horrible. Ordered 45 minutes before close. Never received food. Friend before me reviewed and said they were horrible. They are worse then horrible. Is there any better Asian food around, because Express is lacking. Also, if you review negatively, dont try to order later. They know the bad reviewers, and dont hesitate to treat you like poop, and even outright try to steal your money.

You wanna sing karaoke, drink a ton, eat some food and have a ton of fun with a bunch of friends? This is the place to go! You get your own private room to sing in, and they come in and take orders for drinks and food. It is a flat rate per person depending on the night, but dont expect to spend a ton of money, this is by far the best deal out there for single room karaoke in Seattle.

I requested my deposit back for a karaoke room due to a death in the family (truly) six days before the reservation. Manager claimed that they held the room for me and lost the chance for someone else to use it. I saw their reservation book--only three out of at least ten rooms were reserved. Its a rip off. Place smells like the mop in the bucket you see from the front door.

First and last time ordering here. Did not read the reviews first to know that their meals do not include anything but the dry, bland entree. Sesame chicken was dry, steak and broccoli tasted like the meat was left sitting out all day and I can not publicly repeat what was said about the sweet and sour pork. $35 well wasted.

I ordered some food using grubhub. Im a professional cook and smothering a few shrimp in cheap mayo and adding a couple of walnuts does not make a honey walnut shrimp. Panda Express does a better job. Also, they charge extra for rice with their meals... Ive never come across a Chinese restaurant that does this until now

This was seriously the worst food Ive ever eaten. We left more than 1/2 of it. It was so gross that we went to Dennys across the street to get ice cream to wash it down. The orange chicken sauce was not great. The brown gravy on the almond chicken was so disgusting and the flower drop soup was thick and gross.

Ive been here a few times, and often order delivery. The food is good, portions are generous and the karaoke is unique in the fact that its offered in separate rail cars. Despite some of the reviews below, there is no smoking allowed, there is karaoke and the staff is usually all smiles.

Its a fun dive place where the food is fine. We just had a work party there and I was surprised at the generous portions. Fun atmosphere. Also, there was a small problem with one of our delivery orders and they drove back with the correct order right away. Great service!

Tried ordering the sweet n sour chicken and spring roll and crab ragoon. After waiting about 2 hours. Food finally arrived. Tried to bite into spring roll and almost couldnt chew through it which was ok because what I tasted did not taste like spring roll...live n learn.

Good taste, attentive service. I enjoyed the won ton soup , chicken with broccoli and white rice. They were very flexible when I requested light sauce on the entree. I recommend it if you happened to be around 1st and Vermont. Im definitely coming back .

If you like your Chinese food with rice, dont order here...and dont order the prawns. The best way to eat their food, is to dump it in the garbage. If you were thinking it, yes, this food IS expensive for nothing. Youre welcome for the heads up! :)

Does anyone eat here sober? Does anyone come in here to drink sober? Its a odd party destination/dive bar in most-industrial SoDo. Sure, the site has an interesting history, but thats not enough to make a place worth a visit.
