Not a favorable experience with my first and most likely last visit to the restaurant. You come for the food but definitely dont stay for their less than stellar service. We came to the restaurant based on some favorable recommendations from friends. None of our top choices were available that day and then we topped off that initial let down with uneven service. While the service was initially upbeat and friendly, the manager, and the waitress serving my table seemed to take a turn when we got to the dessert portion of the menu. Theres a promotion where guests receive free desserts if they check-in on a social-media app (i.e. Facebook, Line, WeChat). What they dont tell you is that as soon as you broach the subject of receiving the free desserts, they start treating you like free loading douches. The manager demanded that each guest show they checked in, and wanted proof from every guest around the table. Their menu mentioned nothing about what was entailed in the free dessert, just that if you spend past a certain amount, dessert would be included with your meal. It would be appropriate for the management to make their policies clearer regarding their free desserts offering, particularly if they want to use such antagonistic attitudes with their guests. Its a nice bonus to get free dessert after paying for an expensive meal, but I dont need a side of bad attitude to follow the food Ive already eaten.

This place advertises that they use organic and local products, THEY DO NOT! I have spoken to several employees, called on random days to get different people, written emails to ask questions - they dont even have a comprehension of what Organic means and the legal requirements of an organicly produced product. Organic does not = natural. There are no laws regarding the term natural. You can stick that on vertualy anything and its nothing but a false feel good advertisement to the uninformed consumer. They are trying to be apart of what is "trending" without doing the work or understanding the difference. They should not have Organic in their description whatsoever.

Their food quality and service is ok. Ive visited about 5 times since they opened. They offer more options in menu now, but the food is just ok. Their service got better this time we visit. Id like to have live fish cooked in Chinese style here and save a trip to Kirkland/Bellevue, as this place is the only place that offers that in Seattle. But since it is overpriced, I dont visit frequently. Update: June 2017, everything got better this time we visit.

The spicy fish, pork, and green beans are wonderful! Plus the appetizers and desserts are nothing the sneeze at. From the time you sit down to order, until you are ready to pack your left overs, you will have food on the table. In a traditional Chinese fashion, the portions are meant to be shared, and the owner includes a QR code to their WeChat profile in the menu. This isnt a typical American "Chinese" food restaurant, and thats a good thing.

We absolutely adore this place. The dishes are family style, and traditional Chinese. The flavors they develop and the presentation of the food is surprising and delicious. Try the spicy crab with rice cake, its a whole crab and a feast fit for an empower. The congee here is my favorite. Come with friends, share a great authentic Chinese dish and the take some home with you. Perfection

The BEST Chinese food in Seattle by far! The veggie fried rice is amazing and the most delicious sweet and sour chicken! I called to ask what they meant by "Organic" and they said ALL the meat is organic, never been frozen. Plus the veggies are organic or local and the jasmine rice is imported from Thailand. I swear people, I will never look at dining out the same way again. LOVED IT!

spicy contemporary Chinese food, overall experience feel like the same way in China. 与时俱进的中餐馆,如同回到五道口。口味很当下大陆基本一致。

I agree with many other reviewers: this place is overpriced considering the service and the hygiene. One of our plates had an obvious oil stain on it. They clearly didnt wash it properly. We asked them to replace it with another plate. There was no apology or compensation.

I ordered a traditional Chinese Sichuan noodle. It was reasonable, fresh but oily. The service is also good in general. It is worthy to visit if you like Chinese food.

Good food, authentic, and a good atmosphere. A little on the pricey side, and there are better places in this price range, but I enjoyed the experience.

Great dish, lovely table set, even an unexpected cute cup with lid for my 3 year old. Thumbs up!
