We ordered the new hot dog pizza a pep one for the kids and a split with saracha for the adults..the everything looked fine handed it to the kids and they started screaming.. The dont like spicy stuff.we look at the pizza thats not grease its the topping stuff thats almost the same color.. Ours had none.. We pull up the receipt.. It was ordered correctly. I called the store and was told we showed it to you first. Bear in mind this was our first time ordering.. They then talked and said we cant replace your 30$ in pizzas but we will credit you 10$... Our pizza had jalapeños so the kids wont eat that... Then they went back to chatting said they will remake the pep pizza with no sauce and then give us some for our pizza... So my cold pizza can get a cold sauce... Worst experience ever I will be contacting corp...

After calling 5 different pizza huts in the area they sent us to this one.We called and the first thing the guy said was carry out or delivery so we said delivery and he said oh actually we just stoped delivering, the previous pizza hut had informed us delivery stops at 11:45pm it was 11:05pm , we asked to speak to a manager since he was rude and he just yelled out to the manager that we didnt believe him (unprofessional) ...the manager MERCEDEZ was also rude and was no help she agreed delivery stoped at 11:45 but they stoped early just for TONIGHT! we called dominos instead

Sat waiting for someone to pick up the phone for a solid minute. Once arrived the manager and employee at counter completely ignored three customers and after calling in an order, had to wait 20min (plus 10min driving time) because they messed up the order (yet managed to charge us correctly?). Manager also left for a smoke, came back in and started working with food without washing her hands. Less than impressed Pizza Hut.

Having read the awful reviews, I thought well maybe let me give it a try, since pizza hut back home was always good! Fyi. The stuffed crust pizza should have cheese in it! Also more than 6 toppings on the supreme! I literally had 3 mushrooms, 5 pieces of chicken and 4 green peppers?? And the pathetic pizza itself was so thin?? I didnt order a thin crust! Lol.. Yah so that killed my fav. Pizza with them!:( Good luck tho!!

The hut which cant deliver..its called a pizza dud. The incompetent staff and the unrepentant manager makes this establishment the crown jewel of a failing franchise struggling to find customers. Non existent customer service without common sense is a lethal combination which makes you wanting never to see the face of a pizza Hut box ever again in your life...what a dud.

3 different times (days) Ive tried to order the Cheesy Bites pizza, get all the way through the long order process on the app, just for it to say this store has just run out of this crust. You obviously need to keep more on hand! Now as usual I have to drive to another store in Kent because my delivery store doesnt do their job well enough.

Terrible service and professionalism. The pizza was delivered 1 hour and 15 minutes late without compensation or apology. Delivery driver just shoved receipt over to be signed not even acknowledging the fact that they were late. I recommend ordering from a different pizza company as even their Stuffed Crust Pizza is now $16 for a large pizza.

First two times I ordered, it was okay. I live within walking distance yet it still took them 1 hour to get my pizzas to me. The 3rd time I called, no one spoke English, and the person on the other end of the phone got confused and actually asked me if I know any Spanish. Its an average place, just dont try to order out on Mexi night.

This is the worst Pizza Hut location. They screwed up my order on two separate occasions and they dont even honor Pizza Hut promotional pricing. If you see a Pizza Hut ad on TV, this location wont honor it, will screw up your order and make sure your order isnt even close to being done when promised.

Worst customer service Ive experienced in a long time. Couldnt find our address and never called but after we called and they yelled at us about how they couldnt find out house, they sent another pizza and found it fine about 2 and a half hours after we ordered. Wont be ordering again.

this does not even deserve 1 or any star. this place has the worst service and the delivery is not even good, like you have to meet the 10.00 minimum amount for delivery. so if your reading this do not buy your pizza at this particular pizza hut just buy it some other pizza hut.

I like Pizza Hut but this location has the worst customer service EVER! I ordered pizza the other day and it never came. I called and called, was put on hold, hung up on, and ignored...and my card was still charged!!!

Never had trouble with this place with phone or online orders, but I always pickup and only order 1-2 topping pizzas so I guess thats hard to mess up. Friendly staff, at least all the ones Ive met. Customer for 10+ years.

2 larges with bread sticks 19$ I asked for one large and it was 15 dollars thats a rip off... if you got pizza on sale why charge high for one and two is cheaper? I dont want two pizzas pizza hut gets over on the people
