I felt really betrayed and disappointed with my visit here. I used to stop by with my family and eat here once and a while, until one of my family members found something in her soup, it was a wad of plastic. She simply asked for another one, and we received it. We didnt think of it much, but thats where things started to go downhill. The next time we came, we ordered some pho, and the food never came to us. The wait for the food was so long that the people around us also wondered where our food was. They were not busy at the time either, the resturant was fairly empty that day. It came to a point that we asked where our food was, and an employee said "Its coming." Im not sure if they forgot about our order, bad luck or even racism, but I dont want to come back to this restaurant.

Worst customer service ever!!! I ordered a dish with some eggs and I was specific to make the eggs over hard, why because I pay for them and thats how I want them!! Also I get sick if they are not well done over hard, but because the people at this place barley speak English they dident understand what over hard means unbelievable!!!! You should not be in the food industry if you dont know what over hard means!! I returned the eggs 3 time!!!! And even the 3th time were soft and leaking!! They were rude, especially the old man!! Also I payed 15 for fried rice and 2 eggs on the side!!!! 15$!!!! You pay that much in downtown Seattle and the food is better and the customer service is nicer!! DO NOT RECOMAND THIS PLACE!!

Normally I would rate this place a 6/5 however, because of my recent visits I have to drop it down to a 2, which is being generous now. There must be new management since I dont recognize the people working anymore. Only received 1 of the 3 items I ordered but was charged for all of them. Could barely have a conversation at the table with all of the shouting in the kitchen. Bring your own water because they no longer come out and refill the glass like they used to. Definitely went down hill very fast. Ill try this place one more time but if my experience is anything like my recent one, Ill never be returning and that is tough to say because this is my favorite place.

My sister found a piece of bandaid looking item in her pho. We talked to the lady in charge. She rudely said: "what do you want us to do, take it off the bill, is that it?" And then we tried to explain to her that money is not the matter, the problem is that there is an object she cannot identified in our food. Then she replied that" it doesnt matter, the past is in the past, I am just waiting for you people to leave. " We had an absolutely horrible time. Dont come here.

I used to live right by here 2013-14 and frequented it all the time. I came back in 2016 (after having moved to Seattle) and our server recognized me and commented on my weight loss. That alone gets them 5 stars lol. That being said, the fare is delicious, traditional and a great value! Top notch pho, bun thit, and platters. BBH aint half bad either.

Its not a place to eating out any more since the change in ownership. Pho is tasteless, no flavor! Service is not thing more than just taking order and bring food to the table...nothing else. When pay with debit card, theres an automatic 15% tips add on... If you love "Pho" this not the best place to have .

We ordered one order of egg rolls, rice and pork/shrimp plate and we received three order of egg rolls. We thought it was a large order of egg rolls. Then half hour later they brought the bill. I said where is the plate dish. Total morons run this place. They didnt even offer a solution.

This is my go to place for pho and iced coffee. Just the best! I really love their tofu and veg pho and short ribs! Mmmmmmm! I eat in here mostly, nice casual vibe and good place to eat alone or with a friend. Sometimes I come in to just get an iced coffee to go, its that good!

Price to quality, this is probably the best pho place in northern Renton - Newcastle - Factories area. Weve been coming here / ordering take out for about a year now. Portions are generous and food is delicious. Inside restaurant is very average. Perhaps requires a facelift.

This is my favorite place for pho by far! Their grilled chicken noodle soup is so good... Better flavor than the steamed chicken soup that every other pho Jonny serves. Sandwiches are great too. I havent found any other pho restaurant that compares.

Lots of variety for pho at this place, and even offers and XXL sized bowl! My favorite is the vegetarian with vegetables and tofu, and then I add rare steak for $2. Delicious!

They have the best grilled chicken pho (#17). As well as the chicken vermicelli with a very good egg roll (#44). We eat there once a week!! The best in Renton
