I have been to this place 3 times and every time is worse than the other because of the bad service. The first time, I ordered a burger and a side of tacos, and when I arrived to my apartment which is 10 minutes away, I found the burger but not the tacos, and I let it slide. The second time, I forgot my wallet at home, so I asked if the had ApplePay, and they said yes, so I gave them the phone and they tried to make it pay but it didnt. And now, just a few minutes ago, I ordered a classic burger and the lady put the order as bacon burger, and I saw that on the screen, so I told her "please change it to the classic one, not the bacon one." She said "okay." However, she gave me the bacon one. I came back after waiting in the drive-thru line and I said "can you please make me a new one because I cant eat bacon, or anything that has touched bacon." And she said no problem. And guess what! She took it inside, took out the bacon, waited for a minute, and then came back and gave me the same burger without the bacon. I know that its the same burger because I marked the bun and the burger, and the mark was still there when I got the "new" burger. I didnt go back to tell them to give me new one because if I did I cannot trust anything that they give me. It could be full of spit or anything really. So, I will try to contact the manager not to get free food, but for then to solve the problem with their 24 hour drive-thru service. Its Sunday, February 12, 2017 at 4:30am. I hope that the manager sees this and checks the workers that were "working " at this time!!

The place next door had a long wait, so we went here. Big mistake. -Ordering and getting our food took 30 minutes. -*The store had no ketchup.* Yeah, seriously, the burger joint had no ketchup. -It looked like my burger had been dropped then hastily reassembled, and like the box had been doused in random sauces and stepped on. -The steak in my burrito was more fat than meat. Not the staffs fault, but still awful. -The manager or shift leader, guy in a red shirt, seemed to have completely checked out mentally. We were helped by a friendly woman in a black shirt with braided hair who seemed to be trying to keep the place together. Props to her for trying, but this place was ridiculous.

Though the store is 5 minutes away, it took me 30 minutes to get there, order, and drive back to the office. This wasnt a traffic issue. There was one person in front of me. Eduardo, the drive through guy whose English was not stellar, made me repeat my order 3 times (salad, taco, iced tea). Ive never waited so long in a drive through to get my food. By the way, when I told Eduardo that this was the longest that Ive ever waited in line, he and the other dude laughed. Im done with this store and any that hire people that dont speak English well.

Worst late night food run i have had in a long time. 4 or 5 cars in front of me and it took 30 minutes to get the food. When i get to the window they inform me they cant make the shake i ordered and it would be 10 more minutes for that. So i removed it from the order and just got a root beer. Went the 5 minutes to my house to eat. Turns out they gave me a cup 2/3rds full of disgusting. It was entirely clear and it wasnt sprite. The fries were also so cold that they were disgusting. Go to sherries around the corner. Youll have your food faster.

8 cars backed up in drive through so I thought Id go inside. BIG mistake. 15 minutes for my order. During that time I saw a man that had a large order ask for a LG bag to put all 4 sacks into get a handful of plastic bags tossed to him. Another man wait for 4 minutes (I did time it) and no one took his order so he left and the on duty Mgr. call a customer in the drive through a witch in Spanish. (Bruja). Also a man had to come inside to get his change, from the drive up. I will NOT be back.

I ordered a Spicy chicken with cheese and bacon. I ended up with a clubhouse chicken with no cheese and bacon. I ordered a large curly fry. They only filled it up that was equivalent to a small. Have been going to this jack in the box since Ive been a kid and now I may have to rethink about it. The staff is not very attentive and they do not do things right the first time. As a manager for a bank, I strive to provide excellent service.

Busy location, but the food has always been decent during the day. I would often hang out for a bit on their Wi-Fi with a Jumbo Jack and frys. Overnight and early AM isnt the same place. The drive through staff is a bit weird. Im not going to go as far to say rude, just made me feel uncomfortable. Though I might just not appreciate the humor as their staff is very outgoing and are good talkers.

Drive thru lady couldnt speak English to save her life. She doesnt understand the difference between Milk and Orange juice. And on a 1/2 hour lunch I have no time to tell her she made a mistake, not that it would matter cause she probably wouldnt understand what I was trying to tell her anyway. Food was hot but, probably wont go back.

One word - awful. Worst service I have ever experienced. Which would be why I dont go here hardly ever. They are slow & they are rude. Sit in line at the drive thru for 20 minutes for them to not say a word to me at the window & they just throw your bag to you & dont say anything. At least be friendly.

Disgusting. Asian male worker at around 12am on Saturday in drive through grabbed curly fries with his bare hand and started eating them while looking at me (another guy gave me the food but still). Then he motioned as though he didnt even care that I saw what he was doing. He needs to be fired.

Worst experience ever. I wish you could post negative stars. Drive thru team has horrible attitude and service. Management is never anywhere to be seen. Food is poorly made. Do the right thing and go to either the Rose Hill or Totem Lake McDonalds where the food and the service us phenomenal.

Went to the drive through at 230 in the morning, food took 40 minutes and the window teller couldnt figure out the drink dispenser. Ended up leaving without it after an additional 5 minutes waiting for him to mess with it without success. Manager showed up eventually. Wont go back

Decent food and better than usual quality from fast food, but from my experience the service sucks. They are poorly trained with very little support from management and higher, they dont listen or cant understand half the things I tell them and ends up getting the order wrong.

We got 18 fries in one of our orders and 13 in the other the fry bag was nearly empty... Now I got water but my husband and father in law are men and need to get what they pay for, seriously! They are men with appetites and this was pretty sad. Will not come here again.
