Went there for Fathers Day and it was packed. The food was very good; however, they just didnt have enough wait staff. My wife and I waited 20+ minutes just to get the bill and another 15 minutes just to get the boxes. When I asked to get the bill, I was told to wait a few minutes so the waitress could deliver the orders to the cook. The food is a little expensive, but its very good. The only thing aside from the service that was disappointing, was the fact a small bowl of rice cost $2.00. Why restaurants charge for rice is beyond me.

Tried this place last night with an Entertainment Guide coupon. The restaurant is a bit hidden behind a the strip mall. Our food was cooked to order and so took a bit of time to come out, but was worth it. The oysters cooked in claypot was a new dish for us and excellent. The service was very attentive. I look forward to going for their Dim Sum soon! Tea Palace is a big step up from just chow mien and pork fried rice like my Texas relatives order when they go for Chinese.

A party of 3 and a child, we waited for ten minutes, and they seated a party of 8 and 3 parties of 4 who all arrived after us. Since i was a minority there it almost made it seem like that was the reason why. When we finally sat down they had run out of most of thier selection. I want my various pork buns! They had none.

It is a terrible place to go! I attended a wedding there and the waitress spilled water on my 3 month old! Her diaper got wet too and went home bawling. The service is terrible and the items were overpriced. A Bud Light costed double the amount at a grocery store!

Almost same experience with Staci below. Ordered something, it and it took a while. When I followed up they said they run out it. Told me get another order. But if you speak Chinese you got priority, based on my observation. SUCKS!!!

Never before have I written a review in the middle of dining. This is the absolute worst dim sum I have ever had. Period. I would have rather had taco bell. Atleast I would not have feared food poisoning.

We utilized their corporate event space for our holiday party and LOVED it. Fantastic environment once you get inside. Everyone was very friendly and the food was a pleasant surprise.
