Absolutely terrible. Went here to catch up with an old friend during breakfast. The wait time? 20 minutes or so. No big. You know what youre getting into when you see the line. But after we were seated at the table, we chatted happily for about 20 minutes until we became audibly aware of our growling stomachs. Where was the waiter? We began to stare him down as he helped the folks around us-- some had been waiting for their check for about the same time, a couple got their food... I even raised both my arms and waved at him as an SOS as he passed right by our table, and he didnt even look over. He smiled at the folks at the table right next to us and turned his back to us. We waited a couple more minutes when he took off to the back room before we could utter an "excuse me", but when he came out again and helped another table where we were in his peripheral and again skirted off to the back, it was time to go from visual displays of "please help us!" to a real request. I got up and told a lady who worked there who had been bustling around the whole restaurant (the hostess perhaps? Though Id hoped she was the manager), that wed been waiting for 30 minutes at that point and hadnt even been acknowledged. Could we please get some help? She let a waitress know that we needed help. 10 minutes went by. Still no one. FORTY minutes sitting in a booth with zero acknowledgement is no way to treat a customer. We left and made our own breakfast. I will never, ever come back to this place. Absolutely ridiculous. Save yourself the hassle and the ego downer. You and your time will not be valued here.

This was the worst breakfast I have ever had in my life. I went here because I had seen so many good reviews, but I found nothing good to say about the place other than the service. The girl who served us was very friendly. The food was cold, some of it overcooked, some of it undercooked, some of it oddly both at the same time. I had the swedish pancakes. Bad idea. If you want good swedish pancakes go to Pattys Eggnest. The potatoes were extremly dry and had so much pepper on them it hurt to eat them, other than that they had no flavor. The sausage patty was just gross. I have no words for that. We also had pancakes, eggs, and bacon in our order. None of those are worth the mention. We left more than half of the food on our plates and left hungry. The food is way too expensive as well. All in all, this place is not worth the visit. If this is the Original pancake house, then I want the fake stuff instead. If youre in the area and looking for an awesome breakfast, head over to The Brown Bag instead. They have a great atmosphere, awesome service, huge portions for a great value, and the food is so delicious. Georges also serves a great breakfast.

The pancakes are good, if you order a spinach omelette they say it would take 40mins to cook, and offer scrambled egg with spinach instead. I cannot think of any breakfast item take 40 minutes to cook. That was ridiculous and probably a lie so that they can push only very fast to cook items. Also spinach omelette was bad. The server was borderline rude. Yes she was very fast to take order and bring food, but there is the constant stress from stuff so that we can finish our food and leave. This is not a fast food restaurant, and they wanted us to leave in 10 minutes. I was last to finish and there was 2/3 of my plate still full and servers asked twice if Im done or not. They only care about fast turnaround, and nothing else. 2 stars because of pancakes -3 stars because I have never eaten a breakfast so stressed ever in my life.

Very good for brunch. We waited a few minutes, nothing unreasonable. While we were waiting they brought out a Dutch baby for everyone waiting to be seated to try. There was a piece of food on my fork, so I used the plastic fork Id sampled the Dutch baby with. The service does the job, but its not great or super warm. Our server was knowledgeable and flexible though. The patrons were mostly older, families, or couples. It was definitely busy on a Sunday morning. Make sure to ask about substitutions on the menu. You can get "fancy" pancakes with the egg specialties for example, or French toast instead of pancakes, but pay more. Our food came fairly quickly, and the eggs and home style fries (hashbrowns) were very good. Pancakes were a little too sweet and artificial tasting, but still good.

Went there this past week and had the most horrible service that we had to walk out. We had waited for at least 20 minutes and still the server had not taken our order or even greeted us. The table next to us was seated after us, got their orders taken and got their food while we were still waiting for our server to come. We were able to flag down the coffee boy and he told us that he would get the server, yet I watched him and he didnt do anything; so we finally decided enough was enough! We walked out after 20 minutes of wasted time and a couple sips of really bad coffee.

Tried this new spot today, our waitress was rather nice, but the rest of the staff seemed snarky and a lot of standing around talking by the staff. I had placed my order for a chicken sausage omelette. She asked "it will take 30 minutes to cook is that okay". The food arrives, small pancakes and a baked quiche like saucer arrives. Not my cup of tea, was burnt on the sides and really dry, not really an Omelette. The price is almost 14$ with $ 2.75 for coffee. There is several other breakfast options in Redmond worth going to.

The food was great, but the service was low quality. I waited 10 minutes after I decided what I wanted to order for them to take my order, then seeing that I was patient, they offered me a complimentary drink. The wait for the food was fine, but I waited 5 minutes after I asked for salt, and 10 minutes to get my check then another 5 minutes for them to get me my change. So while the food was high quality, the service was low quality. I recommend to not go to the pancake house when it is busy.

My absolute favorite place for breakfast! Growing up in Salem, OR, breakfast at "The Pancake House" was a super special treat. The menu is full of classic breakfast items and I have never been disappointed! Share an apple pancakes between two to four people! Fall in love with a Dutch baby. Or, my favorite, the sweet cinnamon sprinkled on top of a luscious apple waffle with whipped butter and special, pink syrup! Oh, my nine-year old heart has never been happier!

I uploaded a photo of what I got - coconut pancakes, corned beef hash and the cherry crepe with kajafa sauce. I like sweet and salty but I like a good balance of flavors within the dish. Sweet was too sweet, especially with the cherry crepe. Ive got a sensitive palette however. I like a couple other places more. My girlfriend does love the buttermilk pancakes here, which I thought was good. Service was friendly and swift. Id come again if I was in the area
