I would give this Jack in the Box 0 stars if it was an option. Their quality and customer service are shameful. I have been to this location multiple times as it is close to my home and Ive almost always lived in the same area. They have a habit of getting the orders wrong, which is why I didnt go there for 3 years. I decided to make an exception tonight and my husband went to get us some quick food. Well, he didnt check the order, and he should have to, but our bacon cheeseburgers were the cheapest jumbo jacks on the menu instead of the ones he ordered, they forgot the bacon and they left on tomatoes even though he specifically asked for them to be left off as I am allergic to raw tomatoes. But the best part is that when we called to complain in hopes of getting a burger I couldnt even eat replaced, they told us we were wrong and that we had obviously ordered the wrong food. On top of it there was hair in both the burgers and in the fries that belongs to neither of us as we are both blonde and this was thick, black hair. I hope the health board shuts them down because it is the worst Jack in the Box I have ever been to for quality, customer service and health code compliance. I will never make the mistake of going to this one again, Ill drive extra and go out of my way to avoid it although I wont be eating Jack in the Box again any time soon. Oh and the oil for the fries is rancid.

Ordered some tacos. On receipt the 2 tacos that were premium tacos werent correctly named, instead named the plain monster taco. Went back, had to argue with the assistant manager that had no customer friendly service whatsoever. Insisted I was unsure of why I drove ten minutes back to the window without eating? I advised on accommodating the costumer rather than fighting the customer. Great, tacos were ordered and I head back home. I check the bag just in case they were high or drunk or something and messed it up again... Yesssss a third trip back within 40 minutes of not eating the cold food originally ordered. I give them back the regular tacos and they were already working on my originally placed order of monster nacho taco. I hate writing bad reviews, and I personally work in the costumer service industry, so knowing this will make it across so others dont deal with a similar unfortunate Saturday night food experience. I gave them the benefit of giving back the receipt so whoever took the order could learn from this experience.

First pulled up to the drive through at the Covington location, when I asked if anyone was there the response was "hold on im busy" in a very rude tone of voice. Then she proceeded to tell me my order didnt "make sense" when I ordered a number 22 combo. Next...she yelled "I said keep ordering when youre ready" when I asked what she had said. When I pulled up to the window I paid with a debit card and asked for a receipt after not being offered one and still never recieved one. The employee "Cassy" then yelled "sauce" at me...when I replied with "excuse me?" she yelled "sauce" again. When I said no thank you she handed me the bag and closed the window. The service was awful and rude and I will NEVER go back to that Jack in the Box because it was such a terrible experience!

This is my "Go-To" place when I need a quick burger/fries fix. Alway open, always fast, always decent food. Some times the food tastes like it was cooked hours before and the fries can be stale from time to time in the middle of the night, other times, the food is still sizzling from the grill and pipping hot from the deep fryer...hit or miss...but still a good place to get your burger or fries for cheap at any hour. very easy to get to and from the freeway so getting hope late at night and want to get something, stop here...closer than mcdonalds and you can order breakfast or lunch anytime :)

Ive held off making this statement because I dont like to be negative, after today - its just shocking how this business owner allows the manager here to be so negative and uncordial - starting w the look on her face, mad or something - its just flat rude - being a local business owner myself - I would be ALARMED if my 5 star rated company had a 2.9 star rating on Google - does the owner ever even look or care about his lower than industry standard rating? Unreal - no warmth between the staff - they act beat down. Absolutely one of the most miss managed business in Covington - period.

Its really quite simple, it is a fast food place that does a good job at selling fast food. I havent been inside so Im not sure if the cleanliness. but whenever I have gone my food normally comes out very hot as if they just made it and they are usually pretty friendly. This is one of the better Jack in the Box to go to within that area. But they could definitely work on the vegetables that are in the sandwiches so that they dont get soggy or damaged so quickly. Not a great experience but not the worst.

I know ordering influxes are a relevant issue, and i always have great customer service during the day. But anytime others and myself go after 2am when a certain employee is working, they happen too have no tacos. Its just too coincidental in opinion. Yall know people go here for the drunk munchies

WORST SERVICE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. THE SHORT HAIRED LADY COMPLETELY IGNORED US. CHARGED ALMOST 40$ AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME A RECEIPT . SAT IN DRIVE THRU FOR 10 MINUTES SHE WOULDNT COME TO WINDOW AND WHEN SHE DID SHE SHUT WI DOW ON US LIKE WE DIDNT MATTER. GOING TO CORPORATE

It is never opened 24 hours. We get off work at 3 AM and these pricks have a closed sign on the intercom in the drive thru 9 of 10 times!!! Are they open? They say theyre open 24 hours. Theyre open when they want to be... THEYRE CLOSED BETWEEN 2-5 AM!

u have recently moved to covington, so far all 3 times they have failed to give me the correct order. you would think the mcdonalds you should check befor eyou leave(which they have always got it here). im saying 3 thumbs down

Intercom blasted my ears to the point that I heard static. Told me they "cant control it", AND that "you cant get nothing free". "Big cheeseburgers" were priced well for the calories, but I make better burgers in my kitchen.

Ordered burgers with bacon an all of them barely got any they had half a strip of bacon asked for them to fix the returned it with burned bacon and unmelted cheese wont go back
