I havent been like a huge fan of Taco Bell only from long ago because of their quesadillas. But I have to say since I have been coming to the Taco Bell alot. They are seriously super nice and wonderful. Now I admit that Im not the nicest person in the world and I may have a face that looks like a Mean person...but other than that I am a good hearted person and I know good when I see good. But every time I came in there they are, yes having a good time on the employee side of things and talking and laughing out loud. Which I notice on another review on this page had a problem with them being out loud. I say if theyre having a good time let them have a good time because if they are good in their job ,then theyre going to treat the customers good. I think of it as a positive not a negative or an annoyance. Because they are really worse things in this world than being out loud and having a good time. So if you dont like it I suggest to that person that left that review go to Wendys or go somewhere else where its quiet or to the library. And stop picking on people and Who am I to judge well its just advice its an opinion and my advice just like yours and youre entitled to yours.But I also say hey think about the brighter things of what theyre doing instead of the negative things that theyre doing because really its not all about us its about them too and if we can work together then it is called teamwork regardless if were not an employee of Taco Bell .but other than that they keep their place clean, they are nice they give me orders nicely and even when they have messed up on my orders they replace it regardless ,even if I have to be somewhere quickly. they are fast food I have to wait and Im willing to wait not everything in this world is hand and foot to us customers, we should understand that. because Im not an employee for Taco Bell .Im a customer but I do know that fast food is not easy to work for and just because it says fast food does not mean its really fast....everybody has their own part and if a worker is slow thats not their fault they have to do the best and accommodate for that worker that is slow but if youre willing to give a chance in this world for other opportunities of other people you can be a better place and I see this taco Bell being the best place to be in if I could throw a freaking party here and tell everybody how awesome they are I totally would. To me that shows that so far the managers that treat their employees with respect.I have watch them and listen to them .they dont know me at all they just know that I come in there from time to time. But they are nice to me. they kind of give a look like theyre scared but I get that alot...Lol..so its kind of a two way street,but I think its funny.I dont take it too personal. Lol... Keep up the good work Taco Bell keep respecting your employees and managers keep your head on your shoulders even if its not an easy job but youre doing a great job because everybodys there is being nice like they should and theyre showing great customer service good job to all of you currently working there. Oh and heres some advice dont ever be like Mcdonalds and by the way if you ever happen to hire any new employees make sure theyre nice, fun people, like you guys who currently working there...good job again.

I was having a great day today, til I decided to "what would turn into" a bad experience. I had to be somewhere in 30 mins and thought to just order a small snack, "it wont take long to make me a chicken burrito and regular taco". Usually Taco Bell was known on their promptness, quick on their orders. They were surprised of the small order but, I explained it was just a snack @5:59pm. Unfortunately, I made a mistake! The staff seemed more concerned about playing around, talking about their ages and whatever else. They seemed over staffed and could not focus on their jobs. Due to this, others got their food before me. (I guess, they enjoy people sitting in their establishment and not eating). @6:14 We even made eye contact with some of the staff! I started to be concerned. So I got up, looked around and was trying to figure out why my order wasnt made. Mostly I could observe them socializing. They didnt even think it was weird that I was watching them socialize! I had to actually interrupt their conversation, just to get the staffs attention! They pleaded Ignorance, and didnt care much about my order, So I left in anger, with proof of my order on my receipt, I am never returning. Why go somewhere where your food order isnt important! So left in anger and this is why I complain online. Cause I just wasted $4.35 to ruin my night! I am never coming back! & will hate Taco Hell forever now! Im done and will let all my friends know about why they do not deserve our business. My order wasnt recognized til 6:17pm! Who wants to wait 20 mins for a simple order!?

Ive eaten here on multiple occasions, and normally I wouldnt review a place unless it is really great or really bad. In this case its bad. About 1/3 of the time they mess up orders. The first time they messed up an order for me, they threw in something free. This time, they even repeated back the order..then when I got up there to pay I was like "ok this doesnt sound right" when they told me the total. After explaining to them I ordered 3 bean burritos, they told me the order said 3 chalupa. I was pretty surprised, then told them I ordered three bean burritos, not chalupas. It would have been ok if they had apologized for it, but instead they just fixed the order, overcharged me by 50 cents on their promo item, and one of the workers gave an attitude and said "Well they ordered three chalupas, but then they changed their mind and said they wanted three bean burritos instead" Like it was our fault they made the mistake... Due to this experience, I will no longer be eating here, and will be sure that others know of their poor service as well.

This is probably the worst Taco Bell in Everett. Here are the reasons why, 1. They will not honor "love it or well eat it" sign posted in dining area 2. They consistently forget things in orders, making you have to go back 3. The employees are poorly trained in customer service and generally do not care 4. The store is usually a mess and the floor is always sticky, usually there are puddles of water all over the floor 5. They are always running out of "something" or dont have whats on the menu I would avoid this location and go to the one on 128th St in south Everett, the service is much better and they screw up your order a lot less.

I was pretty surprised how un-organized this Taco bell has become. IDK if that after that Taco Bell Face-lift, this locations staff would lose concern for customers orders. The staff after 6pm seems immature and more concerned about telling jokes and doing stupid HS horsing around then getting orders correct or in a timely matter. I didnt see many cars in the drive through, it didnt seem to be busy. But for some reason, my order took 20 mins. IDK Taco bell for being this slow on orders. I complained about my experience on the back of the receipt survey and the Corporation didnt seem to care or show any concern either.
