Terrible service thought new ownership would change this but so far no change stayed away for 2 months guess I have to do that again. Waited 5 to 10 minutes for two sandwiches that were already bagged and on the counter waiting to be handed to me the cashier forgot side order and had to go back and get it then the cook threw the order through the window and it landed on the floor so the cashier had to go back and redo the side order and I had to wait another 5 minutes while I watched the cashier gabbing and talking through the pass through window

Its filthy most of the time. Some nights as early as 8 pm they close the dining room and its drive thru only. Garbage cans overflowing, flystrips hanging all over the place and the sofa machine is almost always empty of the sodas I drink. Homeless people sleeping inside. I get hit up for money or anything else I might have that the people who hang out there want from me...This place need an enema!

I went today around at 1:00 am to buy breakfast,my order was a breakfast burrito combo with coffee.jovanny told dont have coffee and asked to him why not have cooffe.his answer was is too late to make more coffe.i was waiting to long time to make my order to know this.i understand theyre going too busy but dont take more than five minutes to make coffe.I can wait for it.his actitud was rude.

The food is Jack-in-the-Box-quality (so, YMMV), but on a recent visit after 9pm, the lobby doors were locked and no one working inside (including one lady eating a meal at a counter right next to the door) would acknowledge me trying to enter; posted hours said open til midnight. I had to order via drive-thru, which was fine, but would have appreciated more clarity on lobby hours.

The door was locked this morning at 10 am, went back at 2:30 PM and the door was still locked to the public, drive thru was the only place where you can place an order. There needs to be an improvement on the service, its advertised they are open 24 hours but they are not. Management needs to pay attention to these comments, this has been going on for the last 2 weeks.

Beware -- their menu board prices do not always match what they charge you... very sad that they cant actually keep their prices up to date. Manager on duty always blames someone else instead of fixing it. Horrible way to do business. They also close drive through every now and again when they dont have enough staff... just a horrible place to go to.

Disgusting, curly fries tasted like there was piss in the oil, burger was over cooked greasy so much so it made me queasy 2/3 through. The digital soda fountain was leaky and was not tuned, the flavoring from the previous person would be in your totally different flavor choice. Everything had a residue to it.

This Place makes you wait more than 10 minutes to get your food. (Drive-They or Lobby) costumer service here really sucks!!! I dont know why managers hire this type of people with rude and non-costumer service experience!!!! Managers are rude too so they dont get away. I wont come back here. Thats for sure

This location has messed up our food orders more times than any other business Ive been to. They simply do not care, and I dont want to eat food prepared by people who dont care. Even if I wanted to, I couldnt because they forgot to put it in the bag! I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like...

I have been here twice. The food is prepared by slovenly looking people who look bored helping you. They go from handling money to handling your raw food without gloves or washing their hands. The restaurant is always dirty. Do NOT eat here. There are plenty of other places in the area.

Dont ever go there if you ever want your food fast, or warm. One older that works there seems to get EVERYONE fired, then yells at customers like its their fault for wanting to use the drive-thru when she "Doesnt have enough workers" Totally lame
