At about 1pm today my cousin, husband and I went to this Ihop to eat. When we got there we got seated right away it was great. The server asked what we would like to drink I asked for water and they asked for coffee. I got my water right away, she told us they were making more coffee and it would be just a few more minutes. Ok no problem we work in the food industry we get it. 25 min later and I mean 25 min later I had to asked for their coffee. She says yeah just a sec. 5 min later she comes back with their coffee and says I am sorry about that my section got changed and I forgot. Im thinking forgot what the coffee or us or how about both. She says Ill be right back with your food another 5 min go by and she shows up with my food my cousins food and the eggs hashbrowns and bacon part of my husbands food. He asked for sausage not bacon but wait it gets better. It was so hot you could keep Ice cream cold on it. Yes it was Ice cold. He got up took it to her and said I asked for sausage not bacon and why would you serve this to anyone and placed his hand right on top of all the food. She brought his food out and it was super hot. The food once it was right was great. This ladys service on the other hand was terrible we were there for 1hr and 10 min. keep in mind we have a 5 month old son so we pick fast places to eat so that we dont have to worry about him getting too fussy. We had to try and entertain him for over an hour in this place. This was hard when we were all hungry and irritated because we sat there for so long with no service. Like I said before we all work in the food industry cousin is a server, husband is a delivery driver and I am a restaurant manager have been for 10 yrs. For me this lady would not have a job and if I did not have enough to get rid of her I would be following up with all of her guests every day. The food was really good though.

Its a 24/7 ihop which means it can get busy randomly. Its as if it doesnt adhere to the normal breakfast/lunch/dinner rush. If you are worried about a weight for a table, done be. They always have tables available. However, the amount of time it may take for the food to arrive...thatll vary from 20-60 minutes long. Call ahead to see how busy they are! Food is good when compared to other ihops. Never been disappointed. Other than the above, the area around the ihop is under intense construction. Parking is being rebuilt and several other stores have had their fronts removed. Expect to have to park within a foot ball fields distance from the entrance. Well lit and active enough to not be too worried about shadiness.

Oh IHOP.... why are your prices escalating? Your prices are higher than the local homegrown cool breakfast/brunch cafes! The cafes where hipsters hang out... The cafes that hand cut the nonGMO potatoes fresh... And milk their own cows (kidding) ... Seriously, though... 2 breakfasts with 2 pieces of 6" diameter pancakes, with potatoes that were frozen, and scrambled eggs from a mixture, with a carafe of coffee cost $35? Add the tip and its over $40? Holy smokes! Sigh... What to do... What to do... its a good thing I really like your pancakes!

Even on a very busy Sunday morning they still managed to seat two of us in under 10 minutes. I have yet to have a messy table, wet seat, or other issues with the cleanliness of the restaurant (which is actually better than most IHOPs that Ive been to). Food quality is typical for an IHOP - good, but not amazing. Service varies, as some of the employees put in more effort than others. The parking lot, shared with a shopping center, can get quite busy, but seems to have plenty of parking.

By far the worst restaurant experience. The service and the food was really bad. The server got not only one but 2 orders wrong. He had attitude. He didnt seem to care about what we wanted. The food was bad. The frys were over cooked. I understand the turkey is suppose to be cold but its was frezzing cold. My bread was not toasted I didnt even eat it it tasted so bad. By far the worst and we will not be returning.

Went in on Sunday morning, this place is really busy. We waited for around 15 mins and got a table. Like any IHOP, the food is consistent and good. However, the service was disappointing. We asked for water for 3 times and finally get water after we are half way done with our food. It also took them quite a long time to get the food ready. If the service is better, we would be enjoying our Sunday brunch more.

Came in Sunday at 10. Only two. The line was out the door and after five minutes, there was 4 open seating for 2. The host was about to seat us when the manager said seat the big tables first. Which were full of food unlike the other and was just one. They wasted my time by having to wait another 10 min. Let your workers work. Also our waitress was old and didnt know how to do anything it was awkward

I visit there with my husband at night time. Food was good. But nobody took care for our table. The male waiters never came back or didnt give us eye contact after our food. Each of us raised our arms. The servers only cared other table. At that night, there was couple 1 or 2 indian family with toddler. Everybody was served them not us even I ordered more food than them.

Went there early in the morning for breakfast on a Saturday, but there are very less servers. In fact there was just one. She kept forgetting to ask for stuff like water, sides, etc. She is a nice lady though, but I assume may be because she was the only one serving at that time. Food is good and plentiful for ones appetite.

Long wait to be seated. Staff gave our table to someone else. Long wait to order. Longer to get food. Food suckedCalifornia scrabble just eggs with salsa dumped on it. Pancakes ok. Staff was nice but way under staffed. Hostess did give discount for the terrible service. IHOP. NEVER AGAIN

Waited more than an hour for food for 2 at 1am! Drove 3 hours, just wanted a quick bite. Felt bad for the waitresses. Apparently there was one cook in the kitchen! The restaurant was almost half full! Wont do that again. Finally left hangry and drove to Jack across the street. Goodness.

Ordered two dinner entries with mashed potato, ended up with extra charge of 89 cents for gravy on the bill. Talked to manager and he quickly admited it was a mistake and removed the charge. The tilapia was not fresh, tasted like it was prepared with frozen fish from freezer.
