Very poor. I asked for hot maple syrup, and the waiter brought me a very shallow saucer of hot syrup. I looked at him and said "this will never work. How do I poor this on my pancakes without sever risk of slipping it all over my hands and lap"? He just said "hey, thats what we have". I asked where the pitchers of hot syrup were he said "someone broke them a year ago". I asked where the replacements were and he told me he just works here. He then brought me one small, open cup of hot syrup, an inch and a half across and 3/4 inch high. I said that wont do, I have a tall stack here and will barely wet the top 2. He brought me one more tiny cup.

I usually like my I-Hop experience... but tonight we went there and didnt have a good dinner. Why? 1. The meat we ordered (roast beef and steak) was barely warm and the flavor was off. 2. 30 minutes after we ate our stomach is not in good shape. 3. The tables that were not in use needed to be wiped down.... were never cleaned after 30 to 60 after use.

Had breakfast here again as I do every other week. Food is good but IHOP has GOT to get with the program. There are allot of us out here that are gluten free. IHOP has ZERO options on the menu. No gluten free English muffins pancakes, oatmeal. Come on IHOP , join the 21 st century. New decor is nice! Lynette

I call at night to ask when GM would be in & person who answered the phone didnt know the answer to that so another person came on & ask what mine name is & told her so ask when they would be in & she said in rude remark sometime next week didnt even tell me like what day how rude.

Long wait, no accommodations for waiting, kept excepting more customers which they could of used the tables to put together for us, which they finally did! The greeting party was rude and irritable, if its a bother to greet people, its probably not the position for them!

I was crushed when they took German. Pancakes off menu .... but the bests and must have mouth watering treat is back!!! Yummy Thin moist and a little crisp surved w/ the must have powder sugar limon butter and sliced Try just wish they were all you can eat!!!?

Breakfast is usually good but today I ordered the Philly cheese steak and Disappointed that its was vary dry and tastless. Wont be ordering that again. Keep up the good Pancakes and waffles. Today your score from 1 - 10, is a 5. Work on that cheese steak IHOP.

Dont try to substitute things on the menu, they will either charge you or not do it at all. It doesnt make sense they wouldnt trade in an English muffin instead of pancakes even though it would save them money...the common sense is lacking.

Friendly service but horrible food. Ordered waffle and yogurt for the kid and got chicken and yogurt. Ordered for myself steak and egg breakfast with eggs scrambled hard with cheese and got no cheese with soggy eggs. Will never return

We were seated next to the rest rooms. Every time the doors where opened there was a strong aroma of disinfectant and urine. It was bad trying to eat with the smell. The serve was mediocre. The food was greasy. Not a good experience.

Exactly what youd expect from IHOP. Nothing stands out in particular, staff was competent, but clearly overworked on Sunday morning result in unusual waits for food and bill. Food was as expected from IHOP, no surprises.

I came to auburn for the mall and waited 15 minutes to be seated and then another 30 to get my food along haveing to see 2 other people who had gotten seated after us receive there food 10 minutes sooner

What can you say - it is just another cookie cutter IHOP. Several decades ago, IHOP was a place that was special to to to. But I just am underwhelmed now days. Inexpensive food, but also uninspiring.

The best variety of food. Not a lot of parking space but the food and the value is worth the trip. Very clean. Family atmosphere.
