Food was excellent however, I went to the website before going there for my first time & signed up for the Racha Royalty Rewards Club. The site referenced a $5.00 Gift Certificate "Welcome New Member". I tried to find where I could see or access the certificate and found nothing so decided I would ask the wait staff when I got there. Before placing my order, I explained this situation to the waiter and he said he was going to look it up on my account. When I got my bill, I noticed that the $5 was not deducted from my bill. I asked about it and was told I needed to order 2 entrees. Nowhere on the website did I see that, nor was I told when placing my order, even though I inquired before ordering. I would have given this restaurant 5 Stars but did not because I feel that the information posted on the website was either misleading or just not true. I was going to refer several people to Racha Rewards Program but didnt because even though the website stated "Receive a $10.00 Gift Certificate for referring two friends to Racha" as well as enabling them to get their $5.00 Gift Certificate "Welcome new member", I felt that neither would have happened. No one at the table was offered membership in the Royalty Reward Program during our visit.....maybe that is why.

Used to really enjoy going here. Wed go a couple of times every week. However the last time we went the portions were shrunk in half. I got "take out". Got home opened up the box they put the food in and 3/4 of it was empty. I was furious. I paid about $24 for this!!?!? 2 orders of hardly there Pud Thai... I called and complained. However the manager assured me they measure all orders. I know for a fact (and have the photo I took to prove it) this was much less than we have gotten in the past. I asked for an e-mail address to send the photo to the manager or owner and the guy couldnt provide me with one. He tried but spoke such poor english and I could tell he wasnt even sure himself. We havent went back since... See the photo below... We now go to Noodle Land in Downtown Redmond and for 2 orders its only $18 and the best part is the "to-go" box is FULL! It also tastes fantastic!

Food is good, the head waitress was a bit rude. While asking more questions about the items on the menu, she grew impatient and raised her voice. I am not sure I will come back here. The other waiters were fine and were nice to us. To be a fair to her, my wife had placed an order for me which I wanted to change and I had to ask them to change the order within 2 mins. Still, I believe that she could have handled it better.

Enjoyable and nice environment. Nice staff on-site. We did not get to try a lot on the menu, but what we had was enjoyable but not the best I have ever had. They have a nice menu and variety, I may just need to try another dish some other time.

Busy = Good place. Service = 9 no refill on coffee, first time I was with my elder whom I was caregiving for, and we had to ask for a warmer spot to sit. More consideration for elderly people is needed.

Yummy! Best Thai food Ive had in Seattle and the process are so reasonable. I go here every chance I get. Signed up for their birthday and anniversary giveaways. Cant beat $20 off a $40 meal with a free dessert!!

My go-to place for thai comfort food. The best pad see ew around. My current favorite for summer: yum kai dao. Salad with onion and cilantro topped with crispy fried eggs and a spicy tangy dressing.

So far, everything I have ordered from this place is delicious. Waiting staff was good. Really like their Sen Mee and tofu noodles, as well as their crab and cream cheese appetizer.

Love their broad noodles and peanut sauce. Its however a bit noisy and the air seems to be filled with their spices from the open kitchen. Better separation would have been good.
