I decided to take my two year old daughter out to dinner with me after realizing there wasnt much to cook in the house and I had been craving Chinese food for quite some time. Worst decision ever. I am not one to judge or criticize harshly, but the food was terrible. I ordered Beef and Broccoli and Vegetable Chow Mien for my daughter and I to share. Just by looking at the Beef and Broccoli, I didnt want to taste it, but did anyways. The beef was a grey color, had a texture of mush and there was absolutely NO FLAVOR. The Vegetable Chow Mien was seriously just noodles and vegetables with NO FLAVOR. I actually refused to eat the Beef and Broccoli and just poured soy sauce all over the chow mien to eat it. The lady never asked me how our meal was, I had to get her attention to tell her that I couldnt eat it. She asked me if I wanted chicken instead, I POLITELY replied No thank you and she left with my plate, returned with a bill with five dollars off. I left with no tip, which I have NEVER done in my life. Do not dine here.

I tried this restaurant for take-out on a whim because I almost always see cars in the parking lot. Well, first off, the cars that are there are for the bar. I got sweet and sour chicken. The price was average and it came with a good amount, but it was made strangely. Very greasy and not that great. The sweet and sour sauce was mostly food coloring and cornstarch. It came with steamed rice, but a very small amount. I might be pickier than most people as I can cook most chinese dishes at home (just sometimes it is too much trouble to go to for one person). Overall, I probably will not be going back.

Went there after not going for four months. Pulled up in the parking lot and there was a group of four people sitting not four feet from the door, smoking. I walked up to the no smoking sign that they were sitting under and pointed it out. They said that they were 25 feet from the door. I measured it and it was less than four feet. I walked through the bar and talked to the cashier but she said she didnt speak English. Food was average.

Its understood that my generation grew up on this restaurant and the food itself hasnt changed in years. Im a fan of Asian food, but not this style apparently. The place is in major need of a face lift. Their service is unmotivated. I found a hair in my food and the response was "oooops". Poulsbo needs a restoration of viking way and bring some profit avenues back to businesses like this.

Not satisfied with the food its was crazy as hell the food didnt seem cooked all the way! Or maybe Im fro Texas and the Chinese food there is way better and actually cooked there than here. Never will go there again
