READ BEFORE YOU GO!!! My husband and I came here for the first time almost 3 years ago on our wedding night. We both got the steak and shrimp combo for $22. We absolutely loved it! We continued to go throughout the next year. We hadnt been in for about a year, but we were excited to go On Valentines Day this year (2/14/16) we went expecting the same quality of food and service weve received in the past, this time was very different! First off they have reduced there menu tremendously, they no longer offer the steak and shrimp combo for $22. Instead you have to purchase the shrimp additionally. One thing I always loved was there cheesy mashed potatoes, I was eager to get them again, except now they no longer offer it. Or any mashed potatoes at that. I was forced to order the blue cheese au gratin. My husband ordered a burger. We received our food, my husbands burger was unseasoned, dry and cold. The cheese never even melted on it! My steak too was under seasoned and wayyy over cooked (I ordered it medium and got very well) the blue cheese au gratin had no flavor and the potatoes were hard. We were forced to complain and was comped our meals. ( still spent $47 on drinks apps etc) I will never ever go here again! Such a huge disappointment. We ended up going to the rock near the movie theater to eat and we had a much better experience. Glad they were able to help salvage my husband and is Valentines dinner.

My fiance and I go to the Ram about once a month at least. Ive also gone several times during football season, and at other times with friends to eat in the restaurant area. We have never had a truly bad experience. There have been a few times that the kitchen is behind, and there has always been plenty of courtesy around this. Perhaps Im more patient than some reviewers here, because Ive worked in busy restaurants. Our waitresses are always friendly, they never mind when I ask them to do the annoying "Take a picture of us please!" and are very prompt with drinks and as much as they can with food, depending on the kitchen and how busy the place is. At least one of the three managers always comes by to say hello, and any time there has been a mix-up with my order (usually fries) the managers themselves bring out the correct item. The bartenders are knowledgeable, friendly, and try to remember preferred drinks for people who visit more than once. The Ram is not perfect, but I can honestly say it is one of our favorite places to eat, not only for the food but for the fun and relaxed atmosphere. I think its becoming an issue with restaurants that people feel entitled to way too much, and if they complain enough maybe theyll get special treatment. You cant go on a Friday night and expect Tuesday afternoon service, people.

This Ram location has really gone downhill over the last 3-5 months. The bartenders are horrible and unresponsive, the wait staff is mediocre with little to no care for their jobs or their customers (on the bar side, havent sat in the dining area before), the food cook times and menu losing classic items like even onion rings just further displays how unenjoyable this location has become. Two most recent examples...tonight they were dead. My wife and I arrived around 1010 pm and ordered wings...30 mins later still no wings and I actually had to call out to the waitress to even get her attention. The food took so long we paid for our beers and left and to add insult to injury the waitress could seem to care less. Time before was about 3 weeks ago when we waited almost 20 mins for a couple of beers...we finally got to order and our food took forever. When it arrived, my burger and fries consisted of a luke warm (at best) burger and about 6 french fries...yes, 6. After I was done with my burger I had still received no additional fries...the server (different than tonight) was almost confused that I said Id like the cost of fries taken off of my bill as I was not interested in eating more fries after Im done eating (nearly 20 mins later). We will not be returning.

I hadnt been to the Ram in about 7 years and I dont plan to go again. We waited only 15 minutes for a table, not bad, when we got to the table we waited about 10 minutes for a waitress who was very nice and courteous and kept dropping by the table to tell us "its" coming out soon even though "it" didnt at every stage. Finally we placed our order and waited another 25 minutes for the soup, and about another 40 minutes for the meal which arrived cold. Whatever came in the bowl that looked liked soup had a strange unpleasant taste to it. I tried it twice and my wife tried it twice and we both decided we couldnt eat it. When the bill finally came my wife made a note about the food being cold. The manager came to the table and insinuated that we just didnt want to pay for the meal and he would give us a discount. We emphasized that we wanted to pay full price even though it wasnt good. And then got a new receipt and paid full price for it, left the waitress a generous tip and gladly left. I would not advise anyone to dine there.

Probably wont go back. Ordered an appetizer that never came. We asked about it when the entrees arrived and after some head scratching they determined that they had served it to someone else. Good job guys! They offered to bring it for free but that ship had sailed. We ate steak that was cooked at too low a temp for too long: chewy and unremarkable. The entree came with cheesy mashed potatoes that were undoubtedly flakes from a box and the vegetables were frozen from a bag. The best part of the meal was the ornamental onion ring. They finished the meal with a free dessert. We had some sort of brownie thing which was OK, and cheese cake with a strawberry glaze that was food service grade on all counts. If you are going to wait a half an hour to be served, and then drop $30+ per person, a reasonable expectation would be fresh food. Save your bread and go to Dennys. It will still suck, but youll be in and out for half the price. Oh, but dont worry about the gut ache, youll still get that...

I just came from the ram and I am highly upset and disappointed. I ordered a strawberry margarita and it tasted like coconut. I was going to try to drink it because my thought was I dont want anyone to spit in my food. I dont like coconut at all though. Told the waitress politely and she smelled the drink and said "yea it smells like coconut". I was nothing but polite to the waitress and I didnt get another drink until probably 25 min later. I didnt want it at that point but she brought it and apologized for the wait and said the drink was for free. I admit I was nervous about drinking it. It must of been my instincts because there was a long hair in my drink. I felt like someone purposely had something against me. I didnt make a scene because I didnt want to make my friends uncomfortable. Im a polite person always when I go out to eat. I really have no clue why someone would put hair in my drink. Maybe it was my skin color. I dont know but Ill never go back.
