So we had been here two othee times before this visit within the past year and a half. Both thise times our visit would have been Zero stars. The food was cold, greasy and so bad my kids that eat almost anything wouldnt touch their food. The service was horrible and we were treated like we were bothering them when we needed something. Way below our normal expeeiences with the IHOP name. Now for yesterdays expeeience. The front staff was nice and sat us quickly. There were peobably 8 other tables filled. Our waitress seemed nice, a little pushy to get our order, and then kind of disappeared once we had our food. Kids got refills even before their drinks were done or before the food came out and she only gave 3 drinks for 4 kids, luckly my kids dont mind sharing. We had to ask for more silverware after the food came since there were 4 sets and 6 of us. The lobby was pretty quiet by this time and we started hearing some not so nice words coming from the back cook area as well as lots of yelling. The food was much better then before and everyone mostly enjoyed it. My sons chesse in his grilled cheese was pretty old and nasty tasing. Now the reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 3... The price! When did IHOP become as expensive as Olive Garden? Our bill came out to be $80 with 3 adult meals and 3 kid meals. Drinks do not come with the kids meals even though the pricing would suggest that and it doesnt state this on the kids menu, but supposedly in the adult menu (we didnt see a kids menu in the adult one, but we werent looking for one either at the time). Even though the food was finally better this go around it was no where near $80 good! We have decided 3 stricks is enough and will never go to this IHOP again!

UPDATE: Before leaving IHOP not long ago I realized the receipt I was given didnt have the option to complete the survey. If you fill that out your able to get a free short stack of pancakes the next come you visit. The manager or lady supervising said they switched to some new company or something and that those should be up and running soon. Fast forward a few weeks later and nothing. Dont know if they feel you filling those surveys out and potentially getting a few pancakes was something they dont like. Or maybe just being cheap. Perhaps in a couple more weeks or few months Ill check back. I have been to this location numerous times. I have no issues or complaints with all the times I have been here. You can also get a free short stack of pancakes just by keeping your receipt and filling out a online survey. The survey takes a couple minutes if that. Just fill it out within three days of visiting and use the coupon within 30 days of the visit.

Walked in and the hostess/counterstaff was more concerned about finishing their conversation than they were about greeting and seating us. Not one of the two yound women bothered to make eye contact with us. After finishing her story one of them looked our direction - still not AT us and mumbled 3? and started walking so fast to a to a table that we werent sure we were supposed to follow. When we realized we were I had to pick up my son and carry him so we could get there before she left. As it was, she tossed the menus on the table and walked away. When she finally came back to take our order, we kept getting interrupted so she could respond to the hostess girl that she was still having a conversation with.... if my 3 year old hadnt been so hungry I would have just left to goneat somewhere else...after the food came I wish we had.

This was the worst breakfast experience I have ever had. We waited 20+ minutes for our drink order to be taken. When our food was dropped off the forget part of our meal. Our waiter who didnt drop off our food asked once in passing how everything was. We then waited another 20 for our check we finally had to stop a passing waitress who wandered around for 2 minutes like a lost puppy and then went off to clean tables. We then asked someone else who brought our waiter to our table. Finally we pay and walk out the door to realize we left something at the table go back to get it and there is the long lost waiter searching the table for his tip. HAH! Good service deserves a good tip Im sorry he didnt feel the $1 we left was appropriate but the service we received was utterly unacceptable. I will not be back.

I was very happy with the service, my waitress was attentive and very good, I was not able to get what I ordered because the kitchen ran out of crepes. I was still charged for them and they did not offer me any kind of customer service or discount. When I talked to the manager about it his response was "well did you eat something else?" Obviously I ate food. But I should not have been charged for the crepes I didnt get to eat and we should have gotten some sort of discount or something! I wasnt asking for a free meal just simply not to be charged for what I didnt get. The manager was a jerk and had no sense of customer service. I will not be returning.

I suppose its the time of day you go there, but for me, it was extremely crowded when we went for breakfast. Waited for what seemed too long to be seated only to feel rushed by the wait staff to order... and Im not a fan of having a carafe of coffee placed on your table to serve yourself. That just says to me, you can pour your own damn coffee... As for the meal, last time I checked butter was supposed to melt when you put it on a waffle. Mine sure didnt. So, that was my unfortunate experience there... Im sure its not the norm... Probably just bad luck, but I havent been back there since.

This place is awesome!! Hands down the best customer service we have had in a while. The significant others meal was made wrong and we said something and they were quick to remake it the correct way without any hesitation. I had waited to eat my food till she got hers (just being polite you know) and they even asked to remake mine too so it was hot and fresh! We didnt even ask!! The manager came out and made sure everyone was happy and even though we had a mishap the waitress did a straight amazing job at serving and taking care of us! Thank you so much! You guys rock

If they only had Steven serving our table, Id give this place at least a four. He is cheery and super attentive and gives great advice if youre stuck between dishes you want to try. Theres a young woman there who TRIES to be into it, but mostly just looks like she hates her job and disappears for long periods of time. They do seem understaffed in the evening time (which is when we usually come in). Hot chocolate has only one refill, but coffee keeps on coming! I love the turkey and stuffings with cranberries, broccoli and mashed potatoes - its my go to.
