My friend and LOVE a good Mongolian grill. We eat at one at least once a month. We will never eat here again though. The service was fine at first, Our waitress was kind and accommodating. The food was only so-so. Weve had WAY better grill at other places for cheaper though. The selection of food available to grill was a bit dismal, no tofu even! We each ordered a drink from the bar, Bahama Mamas to be specific and they were pretty horrible (and cost $9.50 each). The REAL issues started after we paid our bill and were sitting talking getting ready to leave. I saw a HUGE rat (it was bigger than my shoe not including the tail) run by our table!! I told my friend it was time to go, NOW!! and she asked what was wrong, I told her I saw a rat and so we got up to leave and we both saw it again! I screamed and shouted that someone who works there needed to come out now (it was about 10:15 pm, everyone was in the back or the bar). Someone came out and asked what was wrong and we told them. They said they know about the rats and theres nothing they can do about them. Then the bartender came out and was VERY hostile towards us because we were upset and we saw another rat (different color than the first one). The bartender lady kept saying that the health department knows about the rats and that they are her pets. When we said that its not OK with us for there to be rats where we eat she said, "well, maybe I was playing with the rats before I made your drinks". She also accused us of being too drunk to know what we saw and that she, "made our drinks and knows how strong they were". At one point, our waitress offered us $5 as an apology for the rats, but we denied it stating they were insulting us. While we know that rats happen sometimes (my friend has worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years), we also know that the customer service here was severely lacking and we will not be going back ever.

My husband and I had been regular customers at this restaurant for almost a year. We probably ate there at least once a week. We both love Chinese food and after having tried several restaurants in the Silverdale area, we felt the Golden Grill was adequate and better than the others although not great. Then one night I ordered the fried rice along with some other dishes. We had it delivered and I served my husband his portion. While he was eating, he suddenly stopped chewing and then pulled a used band-aid out of his mouth! I couldnt believe and I immediately called the restaurant. The lady was very defensive so I went ahead and drove to the restaurant with the band-aid to show them. When I got there she took the band-aid to the back and then returned saying none of the chefs had band-aids on so there was no way a band-aid got into the fried rice. She did offer me a new box but I declined and we havent eaten there since. My advice to anyone who does eat there, look carefully before you put it into your mouth. Yuck.

This place is my favorite Asian food on the peninsula. At the Grill, you can either order from the menu (I never have) or do the all-you-can-eat Mongolian BBQ. You fill a bowl with fresh veggies and your choice of meat (Chicken, Beef, Lamb and Pork) or a mixture thereof along with different oils and sauces and they cook it for you on their large range. Remember to pack your bowl as it all cooks down quite a bit but thats OK since you can go back as often as you want.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was there at night and I was served an AMF that cost $10 and had almost no alcohol in it. When I asked about it the blonde bartender made a comment about my weight and rudely suggested that Id eaten too much bread that day. I will never go here again.

Amazing food til 1am. Try the po po platter and garlic chicken. Fun locals joint. On the Mongolian BBQ side, everything is fantastic.... Shrimp and calamari are on the dinner buffet. Order hot & sour not egg drop soup (its the yuckiest egg drop soup Ive ever eaten).

I am generally a big fan of chinese food...but this place did not do it for me. Unfortunately, the food was lackluster for the price that we paid. The two star rating is for the food...I would give our service a 3. I will not be a returning patron.

Best mongolian food Ive found on the west coast. And for the price its our hands down favorite. We make a special effort to come here. Its a casual place, just as we like it. The all you can eat lunch buffet is our thing.

One time my mother ordered something without knowing it was spicy and they remade her order free of charge without spice. The all you can eat BBQ is delicious. The staff is also very friendly

Definately good. The lunch buffet is around $8, and dinner buffet is $12. One of the few restaurants in Silverdale that is worth eating out at. Can not comment on their non-buffet menu.

Its not a fancy place. The food is good and not expensive for take out. Drinks, even a soda, are pricey when you dine in. It is 4 stars compared to other Chinese food in Silverdale.

If I could give this a worse rating, I would. The restaurant was fithy, the food was awful and definitely with what we paid and the service was horrible. Will not return.

The food is great here....the service at the bar is horrible. I sat at the bar for 10 minutes before being waited on. There was 3 other people in the bar area.

It has a really strong random smell the moment you walk in, most of the tables were dirty, as well as the restaurant it self was really dirty.
