If you have a choice: DONT EAT THERE!!! We have tried numerous time to enjoy a meal there and each time: a true disaster! Slow service, cold meals, inattentive cooks and toast that was clearly burnt; who cant seem to get a basic omelet right=burnt on bottom and very dry. Once again, hoping the management had changed or at least improved, we attempted to have breakfast. Well, here are the results: I ordered oatmeal, it came out undercooked, thick and cold and most unappetizing. Another person in our party ordered the basic "eggs and ham"; which came out without the potatoes and toast so mentioned on the menu. Another person order "eggs benedict" which tasted like the sauce was 1. prepackaged, 2. made 3 days ago. Yuck! On a previous visits I ordered a French Dip. When it arrived it was: dry and full of gristle. I was told the beef had been prepared the day before and this was the "left over". Who wants left-overs especially at their prices? On arriving this morning the sign above the counter said "Seat Yourself", so we did and waited 10+ minutes just to have a server come and ask if we wanted any coffee. When it came time to take the orders our server just couldnt get it right. Cold, thick, undercooked oatmeal, poorly prepared Eggs Benedict, totally old fruit cup (think a taste of being in the refrig too long) and lack of attention to the customer. We spent a lot of money with a very unappetizing result. I was hoping that since we hadnt been there for a good 11 months, management had solved some of the basic problems, sadly its worse than ever before! Not looking for fancy food, just good, well prepared basic stuff.

On the evening of 12/20/16, I took my family of five to this place. We each ordered our own favorite. I ordered their famous Lamb Burger to try out since I havent seen any other place offer such option. After waited for about 45 minutes we got each of our order. Since the burger is kind of thick I used knife to cut it in half. I was surprisingly notice the lamb patties was very red. I was worry about whether its safe to eat and then questioned the White waitress with brown hair. She told dont worry about it. Its safe to eat... Eventhoug I was very hungry I still couldnt finish even half of it. The taste was very unpleasant... I vomited around 12 am and got a very serious diarrhea that night. The bad diarrhea last for over three days and I couldnt go to work for three days! My wife called the restaurant on the 21st to report the food poison but was told the manager or owner will get back to us. However, its been 9 days since the bad dinning experience, we havent heard from anyone from this place. I guess theyre too busy to take care of this minor incident?

Normally love the blackened salmon salad, used to live here now drive up from kent just for it. We drove up just for the dinner tonight (2nd time kinda bad) had empty tables in the bar area which used to be open seating. We were told it was not, so put name on list and got a drink to wait, still it sat empty 2 tables. Finally they sat someone we waited, no problem. Finally as we were about to leave as we keep seeing empty tables in the bar half, the hotess comes we have a table. ..really?, next to the front door, which is next to the hotess table, which is next to the kitchen/bar area, but it was one of the few 2 tops. We left, we were told gee you could eat at the bar,..really? Or you could eat by the fireplace..oh gee love to balance a plate on my lap. I could order out and do that at home. Thanks for ruining a rare night out for two care givers who thought we could enjoy a good meal together at a table where we could talk as a couple for a change and have someone else wait on us.

We were in town for a meeting and asked the locals for a place to get a good breakfast and they recommended this place. It looked great and honestly the food was good. The service was so terrible it was laughable. It wasnt super crowded and we sat down. It took a waiter over 20 minutes to acknowledge that we were even there and that was only because I literally stood up and asked who I have to screw to get our order taken. There were two tables that were seated after us who already got their orders and drinks before anybody talked to us. We didnt get our coffee until after we got our food and my daughter never got her OJ (but they sure tried to charge us for it). I have been in food service for years and am understanding , but this place is a joke. If you go, be prepared to have to beg for some help. The only reason this place has survived is that in a town that small, there arent many choices. Avoid it, waste of time.

We used to think this was a pretty good place to go - What is with the NO PHONE at the Bar and Grill - a voice message and no way to leave a message. Ordered a meal ( at 8 pm ) so busy but not packed, and the wrong meal came so waited while they cooked my meal, eating alone while my husband waits, and server was comping us wine for the mix ups ( nice ) then I get double billed incorrectly and still paid for the wine at that. Tried calling numerous time - Now have to drive down, park and resolve inside. The concept of customer service is just not there - and inconsistent meals and service keep us going elsewhere. Disappointing, we like to support local.

Food was just okay. Hubby had a burger and I had fish and chips ( but requested a baked potato in place of the chips). Fish was fried in oil that either tasted old or was burnt. Fish was way over cooked. The baked potato was overcooked or old, the skin had pulled away from the center meat of the potato because it was so over cooked. Hubby ate the burger but said it was really not worth eating it. The waitress was great, she took my meal off the receipt without me asking when she noticed I really hadnt eaten anything. Will likely never return here again unless its for something simple like a salad

We drove by and saw that your Bar & Grill was very very busy so we turned around and got in line. Which quickly moved as we opted for the Bar Seating. I had the burger with brie and bacon - I am a very picky burger eater. I was so happy with this burger - the brie the bacon the burger soooo good its been a week and I am still talking and thinking about the burger. Ok so the food was amazing. All the staff we friendly the service was fast and the food was 5 star. I will make the effort to through North Bend again.

Was good before. Today sucked. Wait 7-10 minutes to order at bar. Finally get drinks. Bartender is way overworked. Need better bar backs to help customers and bartender. Come on. 1 Bartender with 20+ people. Give me a break. Tried to order more booze but she was too busy and watched several people also wait 10+ minutes to get an order in. I know its a Saturday but wait its a Saturday so Owners perhaps hire more SERVERS IN BAR. Even waitresses had to attempt to make customer cocktails and failed.
