Im from Texas, so Im picky about Mexican food and Id say these guys did a great job. Of course it is different than Texmex, it reminded more of what Id find in southern Mexico. At any rate, the food was good and well priced. Yep, the seating is cozy, here to...it reminds of hundreds of places in Mexico. The family running the joint were very friendly and attentive. I would definitely go back.

When u first arrive and look at it you think its going to be a good place but once you seat yourself in the very very small area inside youll discover the poor service and the food taste nasty... not even real mexican food the outside seating area still after years looks under construction its dirty and cramp .... save your time and money do not go there!!!!

Nice sit down restaurant that faces lots of competition with Taqueria Lorenas across the street. This place has more traditional platters and rice plates, and its still good value (lots of food for not that expensive). Personally, I prefer Lorenas cause the food comes out faster and you dont pay as much (no server). But to each his/her own!
