I have always had a good experience at the burger saloon but this time it was the worst and I will not come back at all. Our server was rude and she took my kid coloring sheet. Just grabbed it mid coloring for no reason. I left before they brought my food and I called the manager and he bearly let me talk. He talked over me and never apologized . A good supervisor needs to listen to costumers about concerns and give solutions. The rudeness stemmed from my wife asking for a kids meal since she had gastric surgery. The waitress just looked down at her and made a face. She walked off and then later returned saying she couldnt make her the meal and said well it states that right on the menu with a rude tone. We would have changed the order in the deginning if we knew it was a problem. The hosted was also akward. Not rude but def not friendly and welcoming.

The waiter was obnoxious.... didnt listened to my order classic burger and grilled onions with a side of garlic frys....... the "Burger" shows up , burger gone ? Where are my frys? Will , no charge the frys. Bill arrives, six dollar and ninety-ninety cent hamburger . Winds up costing me eight sixty-five. Something just not right here.......... happened on my first visit and happened on the second. There will be no third. I cant deny you have great food...... but service sucked. Ten dollars I wound up paying . The waiter thinks the extra dollar thirty-five it wasnt, its for the manager help pay for better servers.

Huge old exposed brick building, very busy for lunch, but very fast with service and food. Victor the bar tender was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, even being extremely busy. The burger was amazing!! $20.48 For a double swiss pig, with bacon, Portabella mushrooms, tons of Swiss cheese, and crispy onion straws with a roasted garlic aoli!! fries and a soda. I think it was worth every penny!!! Nice job TBS!!!

Service was wonderful, shakes are some of the best shakes Ive ever had with some very interesting flavors (peanut butter). I food is amazing and they serve a different specialty meat as well at certain times. Its a relaxed atmosphere. They even have a veggie mushroom burger. Overall a great burger place.

just happened upon this as we dont get to Woodland too often.... what a great find. The selections are fabulous. Full bar with some fun specialty drinks. The burgers were great and the crispy onion strings with jalapenos were awesome. Friendly staff and upbeat atmosphere. We will definitely return.

Service was terrible. Took over an hour to place our order and receive it. The hostess told us they had a cook walk out while it was busy(before we arrived and were seated). Poor planning with management on that issue. They messed up my order... Not once, but twice too. Will not be coming back.

It is not only their burgers that are excellent , varied and served the way you want, The soup of the day is also very good, especially their clam chowder. I could make a l trip to Woodland just for their clam chowder. The staff is very friendly and have a sense of humor.

Great Burgers, Fries, and Drink Selections. Family Friendly. Finally tried the PB&J Burger...very nice. I was expecting to really enjoy it based on newspaper and other reviews, so I was not surprised at how much I liked it. Bacon, fried jalapenos, peanut butter!

Food was good, Jasmine was excellent. Only reason I did not give 5 ☆ is because the hostess was rude. She literally stared at us, no words or welcome or even a smile. Walked us to our table, set the menus down and walked away with a disgusted scowl.

Sam is amazing. Always love our experience when we eat there. She remembered us after our first visit so that made it personal and made us feel welcome. There is also a young tall guy that is petty good when we went during TBS anniversary.

An extraordinary place. Great burgers, and thus far the best variety of draught beers I have found in Woodland. They also have a beer club that meets on Thursdays, so guess what my plans are for this coming Thursday...

Horrific, no flavor in burger and 40 minutes to get burger..left a bad taste in mouth. Dont bother with this saloon unless you intend to drink for lunch. I was forced to give it a star to post, not worth even one.

Very good burgers and high quality ingredients. Way too expensive for what you get though in my opinion. Expect $10+ for a burger without any sides or a drink. The place is always busy though so people like it.

Sure, its a little pricey. But the draft beer is large and delicious, the service is cheerful, attentive, yet not intrusive, and the people-watching is great. I love this place and go there when Im in Woodland.

Loved this place. I stay in Woodland at the local hotels all the time before my flight out of SMF. This is my go-to restaurant. The 4-Alarm burger with their fries and a good beer!

I had the Asian salad. It was wilty and soggy, awful. My husband had the Caesar salad, the dressing was so sour that he couldnt eat it! Really bad we wont be going back!

Great place to go for "out of the ordinary" gourmet burgers, however they have a somewhat small selection of beer, and be prepared to spend a pretty penny.

Lots of variety on the menu. I had the bison burger special of the day. Also love that their fries are gluten. Excellent service as well.
