Generally it is decent but this last time I went in all of the girls were much to busy talking to each other even when the line is pushing out of the door with multiple ladies just walking around and not helping any customers. Im wondering if it is a lack of employees with any experience. The last 3 times I have been there I have got the peanut butter cup perfection and really what I received was not perfection. I dont want to be rude but really how difficult is it to smash the ingredients down into the ice cream. The last few times ive been there its basically been 80% peanut butter and ingredients to 20% ice cream its basically like eating peanut butter cold I could do that for 2 dollars at home.

WHOA! Friendly alert! These guys are awesome, Ive only had cold stone once or twice before and upon hearing this the server immediately started giving me samples and telling me about the companies specialties. He was extremely polite, telling my husband and I about the area (we just moved here) and we struck up a very nice conversation. The ice cream was great, well prepared and an ok price for the amount we got. Over all a great experience, well definitely be going back soon!!!!

Everytime I come into this location(hawks prairie) Im always greeted with a friendly smile. I love these crew members. Not only does it smell amazing in this store but the ice cream is good too. It is pricey but on tuesdays theres a military discount. They always sing and I think they make new songs;most of the time I hear a new song. :) I think everyone should have their 10 minutes in paradise, and when you walk through that door you do. :)

Its cold stone so you already knoe the ice cream is incredible, what youll be surprised to find when you walk into this cold stone in the INCREDIBLE staff!! They are super friendly and out going, there is always someone or multiple someones ready to help you. And the best part. The songs!! It is well worth the tip to hear this crew sing they have to best most creative songs and they really get into it!

Good ice cream, it was very busy when we went (15 or more in line), but they staff got everyone take care of as quickly as I think they could have. I personally do not like the singing when anyone leaves a tip, but we asked our cashier to skip the song...he was more than happy to agree. Could use more seating outside as the inside was packed, but at slower times, seating is ample.

During two recent visits they were out of a lot of flavors. Today the fat girl behind the counter was more concerned with telling some guy how her bed broke than allowing customers to pay for their ice cream. I love cold stone, but this was my far a a memory I would rather not repeat. Also no singing when they receive tips.

Yummy ice cream with delicious toppings. Most evenings during the summer there is a long line. They have a one stall bathroom that they have had trouble with the lock. Staff is polite.
