Nice quiet location, view of mmountains (behind the parking lot, please try to ignore it), under a big oak tree. But but they close at 3 on Saturday! Starbucks is closeby and too crowded but its coffee is better. Tip: combine with LABCs better food, sig on the outside bench, and enjoy the best of both.

Not good enough ! The pastry taste old and no much flavor , the brown sugar cup is not cover and the the spoon that is inside is obviously there for a couple days ,because is dirty and has some sugar Stuck .The coffee is ok .

So good, their tea/pho was delicious. The service was so amazing, they were very nice. The ambiance here is truly relaxing. They have very calming music and plants and lights made it delightful.

Service was friendly and fast. The sandwich (chicken salad on a French roll) was yummy. I even enjoyed the white mocha I ordered. Prices were very reasonable too.
