I ordered mint chocolate chip ice cream with a little bit of brownie and I ended up getting a whole lot of brownie and no mint chocolate chip. Maybe if I had a little more ice cream that would be cool..maybe Im just a fat-ass. Yep, definitely a fat ass..quite the treat for your tastebuds. I recommend the bowls but if youre feeling venturesome then go with a waffle cone..the ice cream to cone ratio is exceedingly inequivalent. But if you love good ice cream and watching them chop it up like its something special then Cold Stone Creamery is the place for you.

A reliable branch of the Cold Stone chain...and the only one in Tacoma!!! Look for this location on the west side of Lakewood Town Centre near Safeway and Carls Jr. Youll find the usual high quality flavours with loads of different mix-ins you can add. Dishes of ice cream start at about $4, but the average price is probably about $6-7. One of my kids long time favourites!!

its horrible here. the manager here doesnt care about the employees and is so rude. the ice cream and food here is good and the employees are nice but the managers are so rude. i wont tolerate it. they oush their employees too much and dont care if its too overwhelming for the people. yell at them when they need a day off. those people arent good there.

Went to get a birthday cake and the girl couldnt write happy birthday without messing up. Infact the word birthday was unrecognizable. The worst part, she didnt bother apologizing or even telling us. She put the cake in a bag and I was in a hurry and didnt see the cake until I got home. Most likely wont be going back to buy another cake any time soon.

Was super fast and great customer service. even though it looked like it had been pretty busy (sunny, hot day in W Washington on a Sunday) store was clean and workers friendly and eager to help. I wish there was still one of these Closer to where I live.
