Dont go there if you expect professional customer service! We had a horrible experience on my birthday!!! Our reservation was at 7 pm, we arrived early and were turned away although plenty of tables were open, but it was fine with us. BUT when we arrive at the exact time (7pm) we were told we had to wait another 20 minutes or longer, still tables were open. We pointed this out, asked for the manager, who told us that the table was held for a 730pm reservation. This didnt make sense, since our reservation was at 7 pm and we are supposed to wait? In addition, the receptionist and manager were extremely unprofessional and rude!!!

We were blown away at the attentive and friendly service we received here. They were constantly coming to give us more bread or refill our drinks even though we were the only table outside where you would usually be forgotten. The food was the only downside. I had some gnocchi which were tasty, but the sauce tasted canned and was unoriginal if not canned. The portion was also rather small considering it was more than $12 for a handful of gnocchi. I would give them four stars for the service alone, but the food needs some work to get me back again.

The hostess was not very pleasant and clearly not in a good mood, one of the worst Ive had. Waited 15 minutes and no one brought us a menu, so we went and grabbed menus ourselves from the hostess who was still very rude about it. Then no one ended up coming to our table so we left after 30 minutes of sitting there, hostess saw us leave and just said okay bye. Too bad because the food looked good, service was terrible though.

We made a reservation to celebrate my grandmothers birthday. Right from start, got sited in the middle of walking pass. I asked to be moved but No. hostess was rude and not welcoming. The food is far from good. I left most of mine on the plate. The only good thing was about the place is the waitress who was nice. After visiting this place, I had to go find something else to eat. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Standard nice Italian. Food is prepared and presented well, but you wont be finding anything innovative here. Just stuff Ive seen a thousand times at Italian restaurants. This is all about the dining experience. Service was very good. Prices expensive for the level of sophistication received. However, the prices are by no means on the level of what a more foodie place would charge (low to mid-twenties for an entree).

The food was decent, but the service was terrible. A few examples: wine glasses not removed for guests not drinking wine. It felt like we didnt have a bus boy. The server was very odd, she would take a drink order then go away, deliver a drink and take another order. We had a large table for 11 people. She seemed very overwhelmed. Might be OK for a date night but it is very loud inside.

There is more to Italian food than covering various pasta in a mountain of cheese. While the service and atmosphere where fine, the food itself was definitely sub-par, reminding me of something Id find at a chain mall bistro, rather than a good Italian restaurant. All the meals containing meat were heavily oversalted, having most of my party leave their plates only half-eaten.

Yesterday my granddaughter and I had a delicious lunch of Canneloni Gratinati, Pollo al Limone,Insalata a Cesare and Tiramisu. All of those dishes were delicious. A year ago we were in Italy and our meal yesterday was every bit as perfect as anything we had thousands of miles away. This restaurant is 5 star quality in food, service and ambience. Ill definitely return!

I expected more from this Italian restaurant, the dish was not bad but you can find similar in many places. What did not work for me was the fact that the kitchen ventilation system did not work properly, this is pretty annoying when you are on business trip and you did not bring to many spare shirts & pants.

Had a fantastic experience here! Very welcoming staff, the place is very rustic and it feels extremely authentic practically like you are dining in Italy. Great place to take a date; the food was superb, the wine was excellent, and the service was spot on. Definitely a new favorite!

The Food is excellent but the service is terrible, as I someone told me it is only good if the waitress likes you or if you are a regular that give good tips. One of the best italian food here in the NW but needs to improve there customer services.

Quaint Italian restaurant..food is delicious but the service is on the slower side.. they have that "take your time & enjoy your meal" feeling.. which is nice but sometimes when the kids are with us it needs to be quicker

This is a Kirkland favorite of mine. Ive taken many visitors here and now that I live out of state, try to return here when in town. The warm bread and my default choice of Chicken Mia Maniera are excellent.

Absolutely excellent food with superior service. A great environment coupled with great food makes this a must! Order the Antipasto Vegetariano for a delicious and (hopefully) healthy treat.
