I work in a building that houses the Pogacha Café. Nearly every time I eat something with chicken that according to the staff comes from the restaurant, I feel sick to my stomach. The chicken breast provided to the café is of such poor quality it is disgusting to eat, I have to pick out these tough fatty chunks and on some of the salads I swear the chicken is not even cooked. The café is a convenience and Im tired of feeling sick from that food. Can you guys please provide them with higher quality food, especially chicken?? The service a the cafe is outstanding and other items Ive eaten have been good but this is ridiculous.

Three of us had lunch with wine at this Pogacha in May 2009. It was all delicious and priced reasonably considering the location. The servers were polite, and happy to go into detail about the ingredients of the dishes. The food arrived in an appropriate amount of time given how it is made. Yes, it was a long lunch for us, but mostly due to our conversation and how comfortable we felt with the surroundings! Anxious to return to try the salads. The Flatbread choices are creative and truly do not need tomato sauce to be yummy.

Americanized Italian food. First theyll bring a fresh warm blob of pizza dough to your table when you first sit down. Marinara sauce taste like its a bathe in oil and vinegar. Overwhelmed with huge pieces of tomato. Do not order the pizza with pesto and mushrooms. It is a 10" with raw mushrooms and pesto underneath cheese and no spices or sauce...just 12 bucks. The room is unacceptably loud. The classy paper on the tables really round out the show. I would guess the salads are good but didnt was to pony up the 16$.

This place is a staple of Bellevue! Awesome atmosphere, friendly staff and amazing Croatian dishes. Everthing is handmade! If you like dishes with FLAVOR, I would experience their spicy wild Pacific Northwest shrimp and ask them to add in their handmade fettuccine noodles with it! Make sure you add their handmade pogacha bread to soak up the mouth watering sauce! Ive been going here for over 7 years and it has yet to disappoint!

This is a great little Bellevue restaurant that the people in the know go. There are a lot of new, fancy little restaurants - chain restaurants in Bellevue. This is not one of them and is a breath of fresh air to those of us that know it. All the pizzas, breads, salads and pasta dishes are above average, easy, easy parking, easy access, nice, warm atmosphere, completely unpretentious. This is the place.

were happier with this restaurant than the numbers would indicate. the food isnt rocket science but the place is comfortable and good and large quantities. it is a great place for a clan gathering -- for a modest upcharge they basically double the size of salads and entrees and serve it up family style. so a clan of twelve could eat for a little more than the price for six.

Tasty! Great service! We had a party of 25 and our waitress nailed it. She remembered where the orders went and worked around our crowded table like a tiny dancer. Food was yummy: I had a juicy burger and the gal next to me loved her salad, saying the dressing was delish, and the pea soup was also very good. Good value for generous portion.

Another outstanding dinner at Carmines! We have an annual date for celebrating our wedding anniversary. We also enjoy it in general, e.g. when meeting friends....superb menu without being overly fru-fru with oddball ingredients and silly garnishes. Its reliably outstanding with excellent service.

Tucked away in an obscure retail strip in downtown Bellevue, Pogacha has been a main stay for years. We love it. The server we love, hes always so upbeat and exudes customer service. (You know who you are). Delicious food! Love the art - which changes - adds for great conversation!

This semi hole in the wall in downtown Bellevue is a must-go for anyone visiting the Bellevue area. The flatbreads and pastas are to die for. If you get a chance, try the spicy chicken pene pasta sauce and the desserts. The housemade sorbets come in the actual fruit.

This is a Croatian/Italian fusion restaurant. The two pastas we tried tasted good, and their bread also tastes great. The service was also really good. They have an awesome 3-course dinner special on Wednesday and Thursday nights!

Food was awful! The lamb was so stinky that we left it untouched. My lady ordered a salad and it arrived with unfresh lettuce and arugula and a few drops of dressing. The waiter, however, was nice enough to give us full credit.

We love the Dim Sum. Highly recommended. They have tables for small and large groups. Parking is VERY limited so give yourself an extra 15 minutes to find a spot.
