There was no pricing posted when I walked in, ordering was confusing so it took the waitress a while to explain everything. Rather than unlimited portions, I would have preferred paying less for a smaller amount of better quality food. Overall Id recommend cleaning the place thoroughly, buying fresh seafood and vegetables, then charging by the bowl instead of unlimited portions. Decor is nice and mostly updated and there is a nice variety of ingredients available compared to most other Mongolian grills. This Mongolian grill also offers unlimited portions, so for the desperately hungry it might be ideal, but for anyone else its just a lot of not so great food for way too much cost. I ate here on 6/11/17, for me and one other person the bill came out to $35.81, far more expensive than the value received. All of the meat, including the seafood, is frozen, some of it not even thawed out when made available. Many of the vegetables appeared to have been canned instead of fresh. The free ice cream offered as a feature at the end of the meal was extremely freezer-burnt - I adore ice cream but didnt even finish mine. Food on the grill also suffers major cross-contamination - anyone with allergies beware, especially seafood allergies. I dont know why they dont use the basic precaution of either cleaning their spatulas from dish to dish or using multiple spatulas to keep peoples meals separate. Basic food prep knowledge. The place seemed dirty and unkempt when I was there, crumbs and dirt all over the floor with grime on the wall. The grill was surrounded by food waste that hadnt been cleaned, it was piling up in the drip trays and all over the floor. The drink menus had been updated using whiteout instead of printing new ones, a cheesy looking shortcut. Lastly, if youre going to offer free ice cream at the end, either turn down the temp on the freezer it is stored in or just dont offer it freezer burnt at all. I do not plan on returning back to this grill unless they make some changes soon.

Ever since I moved to the Seattle area 20 yrs ago, Mongolian Grill has been one of my regular rotations in my lunch rotation, but over the years Ive seen at least 4 of my regular restaurants closer permanently including 2 of the Changs locations. I ventured to Kent to check out Jasmine and I was VERY IMPRESSED. The ingredients were fresh, attractively presented and the choices were VAST--the widest assortment of ingredients I think Ive ever seen at a Mongolian Grill. My server (Katia) was very pleasant and very attentive. My food tasted great and I was very impressed by the value. ALL YOU CAN EAT, ice cream included (as an option) and rice, wraps, drink refills...the WHOLE SHABANG!!!....A+++. Hey, we need to support places like Jasmine. Not sure why so many of these Mongolian Grill restaurants close, but maybe its a tough business model, but I hope Jasmine continues to thrive. Ill visit whenever I can!

Terrible experience today. Made what I always make, the cook burned it and it was terrible, half of my noddles were still burned to the grill. I chose no soup, or ice cream, I literally had a few bites of my dish, then added a bit more sauce to help, but it was not good. Again, I made what I always make and love. Ended up checking out and talked to the server about the food, he said sorry, try again if you want, and charged me full price, almost $17. Finally called the manager back later, to discuss, even mentioned maybe a partial refund, she called me back later to offer me NO money back, but said I could come back in and try again and they wouldnt charge me. I politely declined. NOT WORTH THE MONEY FOR THE QUALITY OF FOOD OR CHEF.

Prices are a bit high for what they are $15.99 per person and the only thing you get is noodles with toppings? A bit expensive for what you get in my opinion. Customer service is below average and I had the fish and it tasted rotten. If the food was good quality I could understand the prices more but this is low quality in comparison to other business like this one I have been to and less clean. Around the cooking area is pretty dirty and could really use a deep clean. Then to top it off they only had 1 chef and he was on break so we had to wait 15 min before we could even eat. If you like this type of food I recommend looking at others most will have better quality for a more affordable price.

Ive been going to this place for years. An abundance of good meats, vegetables, and sauces for you to choose from. Friendly staff. They cook the food right in front of you to perfection every time. Free soup and ice cream with your meal. The only negatives I have to say: I was surprised when I got my bill. Two people came out to be $36. Although I do understand its an all-you-can-eat price. The price has gone up from what I remember. Nonetheless, this place is great and Ive been going here for years, and I will continue doing so.

One of your better all you can eat buffets. Jasmine MG allows you to select all your ingredients, including your own meat/seafood. You can even use two bowls at one pass. Then they cook your ingredients to order, in front of you on a large flat grill. Drinks are extra. We paid $2.89 for hot tea for two people. Clean, modern interior, with modern bathrooms - although they could have cleaned the floors better on our first visit. A dessert, your choice of vanilla ice cream or rainbow sherbet is served to your table. Recommended.

Atypical for me not to LOVE my mongolian grill experiences! We had not eaten there in a few years and were looking forward to eating there. So we were put off when staff were not friendly; the grill was not cleaned as well as I have become accustomed to over 40+ years of enjoying this type of food; the two cooks seemed to be out of sinc and in fact in each others way; my dish contained items I had NOT chosen from another patrons dish; my husband and I were both violently sick within 3 hours!! We will never go back!

Buffet line looked good. Fresh and full in every container. It all went downhill once I got to the grill. The look on the cooks face and the energy he gave off, he did not want to be here! He showed it even more by serving me a hot plate of overcooked shrimp and burnt noodles. Im not sure what technique of cooking hes trying to portray but the fact that I taste the flattop grill more than the food itself gives him a F. After a 13 he day of work this is the last thing I need. First and last time here.
