If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered lemon chicken, Fortune house rice, pot stickers, and hot and sour soup through 2Go Services, for a total of $55 (which is pricey) and was told our food would be delivered in 60 mins. 1 hr and 20 mins later I called and they said it was on its way. 45 mins later I started to call again but they pulled in for my delivery. I took our food and didnt say a word to the driver as I knew it was not his fault. We opened our food to find our lemon chicken, the only entree we ordered, was missing the lemon sauce. I called 2Go Services and told them we wanted a full refund. They called the restaurant who proceeded to tell us that they knew it was in there, they remembered putting it in the bag. After my hubby and I looked through everything again we informed them it was not there. The restaurant then told 2Go Services to send another driver to get the lemon sauce. We told them we did not want the lemon sauce, that by the time it would get here all the food would be cold, they are in Kent and we are in Normandy Park, and we wanted a full refund. He proceeded to say the restaurant was closed so he would have to call them in the morning, or they could go pick up the lemon sauce. WHAT? If they are closed and you cant then how can you get lemon sauce from them? I then told him I was on Google Maps looking at the restaurants listing and that it showed they were open still open. He got back on the phone with the restaurant who then said they would give us a full refund if we let them pick all the food back up. WHAT? Our food was 2+ hours getting to us and then we didnt have our full order and they wanted us to send back what food we did have to get a full refund? What were they going to do with it? It had been in our house, riffled through, and they wanted us to repackage it and send it back to them to do what, serve to someone else? Needless to say we let them do just that as we werent about to give this restaurant our business. I own a business and if I treated my clients this way I would be out of business. 2Go Services was just as at fault as they were willing to let the restaurant treat their client like this and they outright lied saying the restaurant was closed so they wouldnt have to take the time to deal with this. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service on both sides. We order a TON of delivery food as we both work a lot. We were excited when we received our first 2Go Services magazine today in the newspaper as we were ready to try a new Chinese restaurant that had lemon chicken. I also am an event planner and refer a lot of restaurants for catering events. We didnt mind paying the $8.50 delivery fee for the convenience. Fortune Seafood Restaurant and 2Go Services just lost what would have been an excellent client had they done the right thing.

Ive liked this restaurant ever since the new owners took over. They have fast service and theyre always making sure that our needs are met. Theyre all very friendly and smiling and its a good environment to enjoy some good Chinese food. My personal favorites are the honey garlic pork chops, salt and pepper chicken wings, and garlic pea sprouts (I think thats what theyre called in english). Their vegetables are always fresh and they have large portions for the amount that we pay. If we dont have enough soup, theyre happy to refill it for us and they always have some sort of yummy dessert at the end of dinner! Whenever we have potlucks at work, my coworkers always tells me to order the salt and pepper wings from this place. Theyve been punctual every time when delivering and the food is always hot and fresh with free delivery. There have never been complaints from my coworkers! Ive never been disappointed by this restaurant and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting some good Chinese food for lunch or dinner.

I normally order from Chopsticks, however, they were closed, so this was next option. Not sure what kind of chicken they use, but it didnt taste or feel like chicken? Nice sized servings, slow delivery; took about 1.5 hours, however, the food was hot and fresh. Chicken Fried Rice - 1 star; chicken was suspect, couldnt eat it. The rest was kind of bland. Mixed Vegetable in Garlic Sauce- 3 stars; not too greasy, good variety of veggies, cooked well; not too soft/hard. Nice texture & flavor. Chicken Coconut Curry- 2 stars; Again, suspect chicken, had to pick all of it out. Overall, decent flavor, but a little on the bland side. Had to perk it up a bit with more curry and coconut milk. Bobo Platter- 2 stars; At least the chicken wings looked and tasted like chicken. They failed to put in the spare ribs, the rest was just ok. Overall rating of 2 for all the reasons above. Will not be a returning customer :(

I am so sorry. but I feel like I just threw my money in the garbage. First of all when ordering I was rushed and told to check the menu online and call back. Nothing was fresh. Soup taste like egg swimming water. Gravy was way to light thin and tastless. Fried rice had old meat in it and no egg. Sweat & sour chicken was stringy and unetible. Oh, the Egg Fou Young was under cooked in the middle with no plain rice. I should have went to The Red Lotus or Mayflower restuarant for real Chinese Food. Just didnt feel like driving. I will never order again. I still have a craving for Chinese Food. What did I just eat! Somebody call Gordon Ramsey!

Now: Fortune Seafood. But dont let the name fool you. They have an awesome selection of far more than seafood. My wife and I went based on the 4.5 average rating we discovered by searching Google and WERE NOT disappointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the prices were what we expected at a Chinese restaurant, but the portions were HUGE!! We ordered Mongolian Beef, General Taos Chicken, Chinese Broccoli in Garlic Sauce and started it all off with the Bo-Bo platter. Everything was delightful right down to the green tea. We WILL be returning!

Worst service ever after coming to this place 3 other times. They limit your Moo shu pork pancakes to 6 and some were hard and crispy which we could not eat and were un foldable, so we asked for new ones and then they charged extra ( really?), their fortune cookies were stale and had to spit it out immediately. wondering about their hygienic clean practices in their kitchen with the food now. I hope I dont get sick! Not going back there ever again. so embarrassing to bring my friends there now.

ordered the orange chicken and mongolian beef. It was baddd.... it was still edible but you dont know chinese food if you like their "chinese food". It was undercooked, the veggies were also undercooked (think hard acidic onion slices... yummm!). The taste was pretty bland and most of the stuff in the styro container was pretty much vegetables. Like they skimped out on the meat!! Do not order from them. I gave them 1 year before I tried if they improved but they still suck as of August, 2015.
