If I could rate this location lower than a 1 it would be -5+ I Went in this morning and ordered $30 worth of food specifically asking for it made fresh and what I got was three orders of soggy chewy cold greasy curly fries they have cooked sausage and egg croissant three cheese egg and hashbrown burrito mainly eggs and cold a cold Baconator in a poorly made number 6 meal wasnt given a receipt and when I got home and tried to call 4-over 2 hours no one answer the phone so I went back to the store and explain what happened explain that she didnt give me receipt and that I wanted my money back I was told no and the manager called the cops on me so I called the district manager and explain to her what had happened and she basically told me to f*** off and that the only way I can get my money back as if I had a receipt even though her employee failed to give me a receipt but acknowledged that she remembered me coming through Drive this restaurant gives Jack in the Box a poor name and showed they dont care about theyre paying customers...

if I could give it 0 stars I would! We went early evening on the way home from work. went through the drive through where there was a shift manager working. She gave us our order rather quickly which surprised me as we had ordered Jalepono Peppers which usually take a few minutes. We got home and there was not 1 item in the bag that we ordered. when we went back we went into the lobby,which was less than clean. you pretty much just have to stand around until they decided they will help you as they arelate focusing on the drive through. when we where finally acknowledged she dismissed us with oh well mistakes happen. Yes they do but you cant get one item correct? then she said you have nice hot food like she was doing us a favor!

I just got the most retarded drive through worker in the entire universe. Instead of serving customers one at a time she took all orders and asked everyone to pull forward and park until there were 4 or 5 cars in the parkin lot. She then ran around to all the cars trying to match the bags of food up with the customers because she couldnt remember what anybody ordered. She asked me at least three different times what my order was and walked up to my car three different times. What kind of bs is this? Somebody train her dude. Im never coming back to this location. its a drive through. Go one at a time. You obviously cant handle multiple orders. It took twenty minutes!!

Worst customer service. I had 2 cars in front of me and waited about 20 minutes to finally get up to the window to pay. They tried running my debit card and said their card reader must be old and its having trouble reading my card. They asked for another card. I gave them another card and same thing. They said their card reader isnt working, so sorry. And they said they need to throw the food away if I dont have any other way to pay. After 25 minutes of waiting, I left with no food. You would think since their machine is having problems they should give me the food they are going to just throw away. Never going there again.

Easily some of the worst service I have ever had eating out. They were severely understaffed for a lunch rush, there was no sense of urgency, the manager that took my order never greeted me or God forbid smile. She literally just stood there staring at me expecting to order and simply couldnt care less about taking my business. The lobby was a mess and I had to clean my own table. Then they managed to flood my burger with mayo and ketchup. About 3 bites in you would never have known it used to b a burger it was so messy. Couldnt finish it was disgusting. Fries were old and stale......officially lost my business

Went through the drive through and noticed when I got home that I was missing a grilled breakfast sandwich. No big deal, Ill call and see if they can refund me or something. NOPE their phone doesnt work. I drive back to get it and the lady asks me if I want a fresh one. After its been sitting for 30 minutes ice cold? Yes. Well I guess they wanted to get back at me for that because when I got home I discovered that the sandwich wasnt even grilled. (See pic) never eating at a jack in the box again. Sad part is that the manager is the one that didnt grill the sandwich.

I went on my break because I wanted to try the new chicken ghost pepper sandwich anyway, for a small meal was almost $10 dollars, when I tried my sandwich it was so burned I couldnt even ate it, so I went back and I was like oh I dont want this and they said they would give me another one but to park infront of the store so did I,20 minutes passed and I never got my sandwich I was so pissed off I just left didnt even got money back or nothing , the worst service ever!

Horrible the customer service was rude and they made a mistake on my order so I had to turn all the way around and go inside just to have the guy snatch one sandwich outta my hand then I waited a good 10 minutes and I asked for a manager and they said not there I said I will be calling your manager he replied go ahead I dont care just rude all the way around I will not be eating there there anymore

Sandwiches were half added, they skipped steps. They tasted like they were sitting out for a while. Drive through worker swiped the card, no smile, no words aside from how much we owed. Drinks has soda spilled on the side, asked for napkins 3 times while she was handing other stuff to us in the car, she didnt respond or hand any over.

Im not a fan. And it happens that there is never a nice person that can ever take my order. Always a young man that is rood and so lazy he cant ever reach my order to me!?? You are better of getting off your vehicle and order inside. Jajaja ! ( jobs or not ment for LAZY people)! Please stay in school!

Customer service sucked.... it was like they were having family time with customers in front of me, they were slow that night.... took me twenty minutes to get sandwich and fries... both were cold.. I will never go back to this establishment again.

If you like to wait 30+ minutes for your food come here after 12am. Theres 2 people working one cooking and one watching. While the line is all the way to Lowes and the people who already ordered are parked waiting for their food for 20+ minutes.

Friendly service, and very patient staff. The lobby was kept pretty cold, but that is definitely better than stiflingly hot. Same food as any other Jack in the Box location, and it was prepared in a reasonable time.

Ordered a sandwich they didnt have sourdough so I said that a regular bun would be fine but she refused to do the substitution. Did not speak nor understand English. No customer service or sense of urgency.
