Disappointing at best. Ordered a cheesburger mesl and chicken quesadila. It took 21 minutes to get the order, there was a syeady stream of customers but not exceedingly busy. To add insult to injury the fries were cold and the hamburger bun dry. We had seen the commercial for the funnel cake dessert, so took a chance and ordered. (Same visit)This time it took 11 minutes to get our order. It was good but there was only a very small amount of topping with none on the ice cream. It was not worth anywhere near the $4.19 price. If that was not enough it was over 90 degrees outside, at the time of our visit and felt at least that hot inside; there was no a/c. The ice cream items are good but i would have to think long and hard to say they are worth the slow service.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED! I understand today was a hot day but thats no excuse to have a family and kids wait twenty minutes in the lobby to be told they arent serving food nor ice cream! My family and I got there with twenty five min till they closed! with at least 10 people behind us..The whole time ALL THE EMPLOYEES INCLUDING THE "manager" were talking, laughing and very slowly helping only the drive thru customers.... after twenty min and having my children pick out what they wanted to then have that prick of a manger say they turned off the grill an hour ago?? Wtf? No announcement nor a word just plain rudeness! I will be speaking to the person in charge!

purchased three hamburgers. they were rock hard and dry. they had clearly been reheated in the microwave at least once till they overheated and became hard. i complained to the assistant mgr who resolved it by telling me he would send me coupons for replacements. they never arrived. that was a year ago and to this day we still say " they ripped us off " when we pass by a DQ. we once enjoyed your shakes till " they ripped us off " robear@comcast>net

Service was incredibly slow. Waited about 20 minutes for 2 blizzards. It was very quiet with only about 4 parties waiting for their orders. Every single order was inexplicably delayed and/or incorrect, one of which was just a single dipped cone (also took about 20mins). Someone even came in to complain about a botched cake order while we were waiting.

This location is hit or miss. Sometimes they get it right and others they are just horrible. Ive had dried out chicken for the chicken sandwich, rude or negligent staff, often uncleaned tables. Yet they do get right sometimes and the $5 lunch is a decent value. Just like others say I havent seen them serve the upsidedown Blizzard here in years.

Horrible!! When they served my blizzard they did not serve it upside down as is the case at all other DQs. When I told them it shouldve been served upside down they kinda looked at me like I was crazy and murmered that they dont do that since theyre not franchised owned or something. The blizzard was soupy and the M&Ms were stale.

My huband came in tonight to get 2 of the new blizzards: Royal Oreo and Royal New York cheesecake. Neither of which had fudge or strawberry in the center; however, you charge extra for these blizzards. Not nice!!!

The girl was rude, we waited forever, and got no toast in my combo, and the chicken was cold. We had waited forever so decided just to get going. Great Job DQ, the gravy is good but isnt worth all that.
