I used to enjoy going here, the staff was friendly, and the food was descent and at a good price. Now I dont think this as much. Every time I go in there the customer service is HORRIBLE unless the manager is in there. All the people that work there do not care about providing good service, they are just there for a check, they roll their eyes, and are very rude. Normally I wouldnt complain because I know sometimes people have a bad day and whatnot, but it has been consistently this way for the last multiple times I have been there. On top of that their food has gone down hill, it is great if it is fresh, but they have stared leaving it out longer and not making it fresh as often which is making it horrible and not at all worth it. My like for this place has gone completely downhill. Very dissapointing.

Restaurants clean the food is good. I give it three stars because the service can be slow the amount of food you receive has an extreme in variation example we went there and Order dinner got our food there was more than enough for us and we have some friends stop by and we actually give them some to the next time we went it cost us double for the same because we had to order extra extra food because we noticed it right away that the food wasnt going to even feed the two of us as it did before then the next time we are the same and it seemed it only said I kind of feel this but we werent quite full otherwise I would have gave a five star

I detest Chain Restaurants in general! However, I have been to other Panda Express Franchises that offered tofu & vegetarian dishes that were not award winning but at least I could delude myself into thinking, hey at least this is some what healthy. The Staff was Friendly, the site was very clean but the food was old. I was in a hurry and against my better judgement I bought several dishes. I was Sick for three days! Yes, I actually paid to get food poisoning & visited the Emergency Ward! My advice? Skip Panda Express!

When we got confused with what we wanted and messed up the order the lady who was prepping our food generously gave us an extra medium sized entree box filled with bejing beef.. so we were happy, obviously, and then we also ended up buying more egg rolls and cream cheese ragoons because, SOMEBODY thought it wasnt a good idea to allow tipping at a restaurant.. In the end, my family and i love this place and come here atleast 5 times a month... maybe a little too much

The food, other than the rice, was pretty good. However, I came in at 9 pm and waited 20 mins for my food. I understand not wanting to have food waste, but they were cooking almost everything to order for me and 9 other customers there. They ran out of orange chicken twice, and fried rice once while I was there. My "five minute wait" quickly turned into 15. Also, only one employee offered a smile or any customer service. Hopefully my next experience is better.

Young guy at counter wearing red uniform was so unkindness. There wasnt any waitting people, but he tried to rush, almost yelling. Even he didnt give me coins for change. After I asked wrong change, he pointed change jar with finger. It was early evening 4pm, but food were all dried out, little cold. It was worst service ever I have had in restaurant. If you like Pena express, go to other location, not in bonney lake.

Werent wearing gloves, the top on the to-go box was not on, there was no utensils in the bag, there were also no utensils out for us to grab. She did not put napkins in the bag for us. Please fix your staff here. Im actually really disappointed in the front staff that is currently working here.

Great service! The people are great BUT the food is always bad. Doesnt matter what time of day. I always get over fried rice and dry, over cooked orange chicken. Ive been to one in auburn and id give that one 5 stars just because the food taste a whole lot better.

Clean overall.....good service....... But second time I visited specially for the TSO Chicken and its hard to chew...and somewhat less flavor from other Pandas I visited recently..I hope you can do something about it.... Its supposed to be TSO good.......

Its fast food, but its edible. The Chow Mein is better than Safeways, but thats honestly not saying much. If you keep it mind that its the McDonalds of Chinese food, youll be fine. Id go back again.
