Have been here a couple of times during the weekends and it has always been very crowded and busy. Good thing is that they take reservations, so call ahead to avoid waiting in line for a very long time. Its a pretty big space and they accommodate large groups. Comparing it to other buffets at Indian restaurants (most of them offer non veg options as well), this place is over priced. The cuisine is definitely unique and probably the only place in the area where you can get a Rajasthani/ Gujarati thali. It starts off with a couple of drink options- we had the salted buttermilk/ lassi and rose lemonade, followed by a few appetizers like pakode and dhokla, and then the main course with options of different types of roti, rice, khichidi and different curries and chutneys and salad. They bring out all the food at once, which is good cause you dont fill yourself up with the appetizers and end up with no room for the main course and dessert. They also served aam ras (mango pulp) and one or two dessert options. I like that they use small portions for everything, since it helps avoid a lot of wastage - small sized rotis, small cups for the aam ras. The service has always been very good with a nonstop flow of food. I dont think we ever had to wait for anything, for a long time. The quality of food has been 50-50, with one or two curries tasting really good and a few others that were absolutely tasteless. One time, the pakode were a little uncooked. Overall, a lot of options, which makes it a wholesome meal and even if one or two things arent good, there are a few others that make up for it. However, the only reason for the 2 stars is the price. The price could be more reasonable, considering its a buffet and you cant really eat a whole lot. With tax and tip, ~$25 seems a little steep for a vegetarian buffet. Other Indian restaurant buffets with non vegetarian options charge way lesser. For the amount you spend here for a family of four, if you spend the same in another restaurant, you will have enough leftovers for another meal. Would be great if they reduce the price to match the other buffets at ~$15 per head.

Was excited to try out this place, having eaten at Rajdhani in India. And other Indians seemed to be too, seeing the number of people who had come to try out the thali. We went about 2 weeks after it opened & waited for an hour to get a table since we didnt have reservations. Plus: unlimited vegetarian food. The thali includes about 3 sabjis, rotis & puris, 1 daal, 1 kadhi, some sides like vada, papad & salad, pickle, rice and khichdi, dessert (malpua with rabri), a glass of buttermilk & 1 welcome drink and aamras. The bhindi & aloo sabji & the aamras was good, so was the initial glass of buttermilk. One gets to try a large variety of food. Negative: The servers did not seem to have enough quantities of food. Our table of 4 had to wait for a long time to get any rotis or puris, which they would run out of half way. Did not enjoy eating crushed papad or cold vadas. The food was also mostly cold by the time it was served. Would attribute all this to the fact that its a new place. The taste of some of the dishes was strictly O.K. What I disliked the most was the supposed buttermilk they were serving towards the end of our meal. We had liked the first glass we had, but the second one just seemed to be water with some flavor of milk. Not acceptable! Either they should have told us they had run out of it, which we would have understood, or made a fresh batch. Overall, it was nothing like the Rajdhani experience in India. OK for a one time try, but I will wait to go again until i hear of service and food improving. If you want to try out this place, make a reservation and go early !

OMGoodness! This was my first time dining in a restaurant where a little bit of everything is served on a platter set before you for you to munch through at your own pace. It was wonderful as this serving style allows me to try a sample portion of a dish rather than committing to a whole unknown and hoping its delicious. You also get a selection of beverages to drink as well - the mango/orange juice was sooooo reefreshing and flavorful. As a person new to Indian cuisines this was a festival for my taste buds! So much good food that my taste buds felt alive trying different food combinations - most favorite by far = the pico de gallo-esque salad with tangy salty/sour pickles together and of course the paneer! I ate there two nights ago and my stomach is mad that I havent gone back yet. I heartily recommend this fine establishment for anyone looking to add variety and spice to their dietary life! Also I feel i should add that this is not a place to dine and dash at, the food serving is part of the experience and they do bring out different dishes in stages; you do start out with a ritualistic washing of the hands at the beginning of your meal. Superb new experience for the foodie in me! 12/10 will eat there again!

Sabjis were not cooked at all. Beans/Vatana were raw , uncooked and hard. They show they have "thepla" but its actually masala roti. Thepla has actual methi leaves in them and so much more. Sweet dish were served small and you can eat that in 1 bite. Gota ( Bhajiya in hindi) were not served more than once and you need to keep asking for more as they would just give one. If you serve indian buffet (Which is pretty much available at $9.99), it would be equal to number of items in thali they serve. Not worth for the price. Not quite gujarati as well.

First of all reviews should have -1 as an option . Secondly this restaurant does not deserve any reviews because its way below average . Food taste sucks and its a black spot on Indian food . Unhygienic place because after eating there food we had stomach upset . Also prices of Thaali is sky rocketing high liek $24 each thaali for food that suck in taste . We had paan in the end thinking that might help with taste but that was complete disaster . Please I recommend do not even pass by this restaurant . This should be closing down soon.

They get very busy, so would recommend booking your table in advance. Rajdhani is a vegetarian restaurant that has the typical fare from the western region in India (Gujarat). Most Indian restaurants are either North Indian or South Indian. This is neither and a welcome change. They serve the food at your table and keep coming with refills - its like an unlimited buffet, except the food comes to you. Its called a thali. My thali had 16 items. Plenty of choice, even for those health conscious. Quality of food is great. I will go again.

First of all, thank you for bringing my favorite thali chain to the area. My stars are for the food. I know its a new restaurant but you should know there is huge room for improvement in service. Some ideas to speedup the service - serve a thali with all bowls filled for the first time, filling up the thali by 4 different men later on table takes long time. I received my chapati 10 min after the sabjis. -have one person just to coodinate with other servers ( "A Ganesh, edhar roti Lana jara ! " Yes, that guy)
