I have been a loyal Chipotle customer since I first discovered it 9 years ago in highschool in Colorado. Recently I moved to Seattle and have started to frequent this location...up until today. I am so tired of the inconsistent food quality and portion sizes with this store. Today I have had enough. Taking into account the fact that for the price of 2 burritos, I can purchase enough groceries to make about 10 on my own at home, the burritos and bowls made here should be practically overflowing (as they have been at every other chipotle i have visited). Usually you have to fight the burrito from coming apart. At this particular location, that has never been the case. So I gave up on burritos and started ordering bowls. Same result: The bowls are only 2/3rds full and that is on a GOOD day. I have lost my faith in Chipotle... Corporate please do something about this...

Food Good Location Bad. Chipotle makes excellent burritos. No question about that. My bad experience has been only with this branch. This evening I picked up a couple of burrito bowls and a quesadilla. First problem I had: the quantity in the burrito bowls was much smaller than the quantity at other locations. We usually frequent the branch at bellevue and we love that location. Compared to that location, the quantity at this location was at best 75% the quantity at the bellevue location. Second, for adding a bit of fajita veggies in the quesadilla, we were charged for a full burrito. The bad part was that we were never informed about this until the billing was complete. 6 bucks for a tortilla with cheese and fajita veggies is too much. This will definitely be the last time we go to this location. A bit of a drive is ok as long as we can get good mexican.

Came in at 8:30 and ordered burritos, when we got to the end of the line the told us they were out of lettuce. You are missing a main ingredient to your burritos!!!! Send somebody across the parking lot to whole foods and get lettuce!!!! Offered nothing as a substitution in fact the girl tried to give me a half scoop of guacamole cause they were running low but charge for the full amount. I love chipotle but tonight the customer service was garbage. Get rid of girl and night manager, keep ingredients in stock!!!

Absolutely nothing interesting. People keep telling me to try Chipotle, so I went with the family. While they found stuff to eat, for me, it was a strange cookie cutter type place that, like KFC, is designed to only present choices that cause you to spend more money than you wanted to on bundled product. In other words, they wont sell you just the items you might be interested in - they only sell meals that bundle on the high margin items. I simply walked out, never to return.

My 2 year old loves their bowls, so we frequent this joint at least every two weeks. Since its semi-healthy, why not? Sure beats Micky Ds anyday! The service is usually fast when we go, which is usually before the prime lunch/dinner hours. (Weve got two kids under two, so going early is a must!) Most of the staff are friendly/polite and the place is decent in cleanliness. We like the outside seating in the summer. Good number of seating too.

I love Chipotle and this used to be my favorite location, but I docked a star because this particular location has really gone down hill in my experience over the last few months. They always seem to be out of something and the meat is really inconsistent in terms of cooking/flavor. Last time my chicken was uber dry and my bag of chips only had about 10 chips in the bag.

Food is good - but this has got to be the slowest chipotle Ive ever been to in my life. Starting from around 6pm til 9, theres always a massive line right to the door and the lines takes somewhere around 15-30 mins to you get to the front. Maybe theyre trying to differentiae themselves from other "fast" food restaurants. ;) either way, food usually tastes good.

We love to go to Chipolte. The ingredients are fresh, everything is made to order, and the atmosphere is really laid back. We always stop here on our way to the dog park at Marymoor. Never had a bad meal there. The staff is always friendly and the price is right. Parking can be a bit tricky in that center, but its worth a walk! Give it a try!

This is a standard Chipotle fair. The food tastes good however I find the High tables are very inconvenient. Also since this very self service type, the tables are not very clean during busy hours. I also felt the quntitiy was less compared to the one in cross roads for the burrito I ordered.

I had a bogo, but like an idiot, I pre paid with my card when making a mobile order instead of paying in-store and using my coupon. The manager was really understanding and refunded me one of my burrito bowls so it was like I had used my bogo. Thank you so much! Love this place!

Pretty average as far as Chipotle goes. Restaurant is clean and well maintained. But the food is consistently under seasoned which is disappointing. This is the only Chipotle in the area so Ill keep coming here but unfortunately its just a little lackluster.

I have eaten here (this location) for years. Never had a problem. Sometimes I have had to wait longer but that is understandable considering the number of people there at that time. Food is good....reasonable price....lots of options...

Awful food and service by managers on the lunch time. It seems like this location ( Redmond ) is going downhill from what it was last year. The best employees dont seem to be there anymore and service have gone really bad.

Oh my got this beef and a steak burrito that I got was sooooo smelly nothing was fresh I couldnt finish it cuz it was taste like too much fat on the beef smells and taste like old beef cant believe waste $10 there

Rude, the food was laim and expensive. Over 7 bucks for 3 little tacos and wanted to charge $1.99 for avocado! Last time I ever come here. Food, service and value is not here at all. Feel ripped off.

Yummy fast food option, but lines can get stupidly long during Peak lunch and dinner hours. For this reason I really go there anymore, but its good when I do go there during off hours.

I have to admit, I visit this chipotle about once a week. Lines can be long but food quality is on par with most other chipotles. Portion size is on the small side for chipotle.
