I would give them one star because I have celiac disease and I called to ask about their gluten free pizza and a worker named Dimitri told me that they can change their gloves, get new toppings and new cutting utensils. I also was told that they can cook the pizza in a gluten free enviorment. When I got there they were very inconvenient. I asked for the worker I spoke to on the phone but they didnt know who I was talking about. So I tried to explain what i needed. They were not very knowledgeable of celiac disease and cooked it in the same oven as regular pizzas. I did not eat it and was very dissipointed. We ended up paying for a pizza we couldnt eat. They are definitely not a gluten free environment!

THIN CRUST PIZZA MADE ON DEMAND with as many toppings as you can pack on. The crew is always welcoming. And its popular enough to be busy most of the time. But if youre up for a thin crust pizza Made On Demand with either pre-configured toppings or exactly the way you want it (over 40 items to choose from!), this is your place. They have salads, bottled sodas, fountain drinks and lemonade - but also have milkshakes youll have to ask for. All in all a good, fun family place to go for your thin-crust pizza cravings.

I have eaten at this location on several occasions. The staff was beyond friendly and very hard working. They actually took the time to learn our names and were very polite. They also keep that place clean! The pizza was delicious and I look forward to going back soon. Thanks again MOD Pizza, also thank you for your support for veterans on veterans day. Keep up the great work!

Defiantly not celiac friendly. When asked to change simple things for us to be able to eat their pizza, they were very slow and we had to repeat ourself multiple times. They didnt want to be dealing with us and our disease. They showed no interest or knowledge in how to handle anything gluten free. We went home with a pizza we were unable to eat.

Dont order online at this store! Pick up time was 30 minutes from the time ordered which is reasonable, but when you get there and have to wait another 20 minutes for your order isnt sufficient enough for me. People were ordering their pizzas when I got there and still got their order before I did. I dont recommend at all.

Excellent pizza! So yummy and it was made so incredibly fast! The staff was very helpful and so knowledgeable. It was my first time there and they made the experience fast and easy by recommending what to put on my pizza. Highly recommend and I will be back again.

I am a regular here. The ingredients have always looked and tasted fresh. There is a shorter line when we go for an early dinner but even with a line they move things along quite well. Good food. Good for kids. Friendly service.

Painfully slow. They werent busy and I stood there for almost 10 minutes before they even talked to the people in front of me. 5 people working at the speed of one 10 year old with a broken leg.

Ok pizza, with plus that you can customize as there make (hence the name). Pizza bake time is fast, but be prepared to wait in line for a long time. Kinda defeats the point of fast pizza.
