This was, by far, the most unsettling Chipotle experience I have ever had. Not only did it take a lightyear to get our food, but the employees were incredibly stingy with the servings. When I asked for more rice, they definitely didnt want to give it to me. Im from the Midwest, and maybe were just fat there, but Id like the rice to at least cover the bottom of my burrito bowl. When we finally received our food, it was impossible to find a clean table, so I wiped the previous customers food off of the only vacant table and dumped the trash in the already overflowing trash cans. I love Chipotle, but if this was my first Chipotle experience, Id never ever go back. OH. AND THE BATHROOMS ARE IN A FROZEN TUNDRA WAREHOUSE MAZE. So take care if you must use the washroom.

I love Chipotle. However I have had a lot of problems with this location. The first problem I had was that I used the mens restroom and the lock was broken and somebody busted in on me while I was having a bowel movement. I called corporate headquarters and complained about this and when I returned several weeks later it was still a problem. Last week I went for a burrito and they had no vegetables ready. I asked how long it would take to cook some vegetables because I am vegetarian and they said we dont even have them chopped up. They didnt offer to cut up any more, so I left.

I really love the rice here, and my family loves about everything else, but, yes there is a but, Management needs to be nicer to there workers, and some workers need to stop treating other workers like crap. Seriously, I feel bad for the workers that are working hard at there job and then to see them being treated with disrespect. It saddens me. Sometimes I just want to sit around wait for them to be rude, just so I can complain about it to the management themselves and if nothing changes then Ill go to corporate.. It needs to stop

They tried to charge me $1 for a half a cup of medium salsa. I asked "when did you guys start charging for this?" Sassy girl at the register: "Its always been that way!"... now Ive been eating Chipotle at various locations across the country for over a decade, never have I once been charged for a side of sauce to go on a burrito. This location has always had issues with the staff being slow or inconsistent with the portions. Never will I go back to this location, they cant ever seem to get it right.

My wife wanted to try this place out. Well-------- Let me tell you it was gross totally gross. I have eaten in every restruant in Issaquah and have lived on the south end of lake Sammamish for the past 31 years and this place is BAD ! The cashier didnt give us a reciete and I watched the resiter read $00.00 so I asume the staff was doing very well (As a previous restruant owner, I notice things like this!) Imagration needs to check this place out !! ASAP !!! EJ

Ill give 2 stars because yes they got me my food during the lunch rush, it was mostly all there. Except the carnidas. They ran out and when he went to go get more they had none left ready. I work in a kitchen, and when you have a low supply of a food ingredient you start prepping it before its gone. You dont just say "oh well" because thats what leads to this kind of review. Smooth move Chipotle.

One of our works favorite places to go for lunch. Delicious food, plenty of parking, reasonably priced and plenty of easy options. Even the service is friendly! There is space inside for medium sized groups (up to 8) Then there are also tables outside that can be pulled together for larger groups. AND... you can order online and walk in pay and pick up your ready made food. Snazzy

While the food was up to normal standards, the way the staff treated us and the food was like a prison cafateria: they slopped the food into the bowl, gave agrivated looks if they had to repeat themselves in the noisy room and lacked all sense of customer service. I have been to many busy chipotles and havent been treated so poorly before for the sake of clearing the line.

This is always the answer when you ask her where she feels like eating and she says "I dont know, you pick" and then proceeds to turn down the first 500 ideas you have. She just wants to make it seem like it was your idea all along. Why doesnt she just save a bunch of time and tell you outright? I dont know man...I dont know.

Wow... This was the worst Chipotle Ive been to. Staff hardly seemed trained. Line was horribly slow. Customer service was pitiful. Place was an absolute mess. Where is the management? Seriously, get it together. Seriously, I would appreciate if a manager would reach out to me. I have a lot more input to add.

A good, "fast food" option for burritos, tacos, bowls. Shortcoming is the limited seating inside, but if you are grabbing to go, it should be okay. Also, during the summer, the patio opens up leaving more space inside. I suppose if you are hardy you could sit outside in the winter...

We really enjoyed Chipotle, but the service at this location has just become slower and slower over the years. If it was faster, we would probably eat there more often but because of how long the line takes we always choose somewhere else these days.

Yum, yum, yum. Best place to eat for swimmers with enormous appetites. Gigantor burritos. so yummy. Very fresh. My teen can eat two. Theyve finally added a kid menu which made my 9 year old happy. This is by far my husbands fave restaurant.

They were out of chicken, cheese and coke at 4pm on a sunday. Burritos were sloppily made. The staff were apologetic and nice but most customers were upset. Not a good day for a place that already has a very bad public image.

This must be the dirtiest Chipotle. The person putting the toppings in my burrito bowl wiped the counter with her hands (she did have gloves on) and then continues to put toppings with the same gloves. Totally gross!

Decent food, but not true Mexican, its very Americanized. $10 for a burrito may seem high but you can make two meals out of it. Disappointed that they charge for chips.

Now a days Chipotle is getting dirtier. Redmond one is horrible, always a mess. But I found this issaquah one was quite clean. However, I always love the food here.

His chipotle is rarely busy but the food isnt great. It tastes like it has been sitting out for a while or maybe that is just the signature chipotle taste.
