Food was good but service was terrible. Our server comes to our table and already looks annoyed, our food took about 45 minutes to come out wich was pretty annoying but i know thats not the servers faylt but within that time the server couldve came to our table and at least do water refills, my huaband had to go up to the server and ask for more pepsi, when it came to our check..... woowww talk about terrible service, it took him 15 minutes to pick it up, mean while we can see him talking to the other girl completly ignoring us. I am a server myself and my huaband is a supervisor at a resturaunt, so we know what kind of service we should be getting when we go out, no we dont expect the world but we do expect to be checked up on and never have glasses emptly. Until this Ihop gets better staff then maybe i will go back. Seems like these servers care more about their smoke breaks then they do their tables, customers make a resturaunt, and servers should always strive for great customer service.

No one at the counter to greet me. Took 90 seconds for me to be acknowledged. I like a cool environment, but the dining room was downright frigid. I was seated facing a vacated table that had not yet been cleared. Twenty minutes passed before the table was cleaned off. Granted, the restaurant wasnt busy and the table wasnt needed to seat other diners, but I didnt want to look at it. Overall, the food was good (though the bacon was slightly overcooked), and the service was prompt and courteous once I was seated. I visit this restaurant every few months while my vehicle is in the shop being serviced, and todays experience was generally on par with most of my previous visits. Yes, Ill be back because the restaurant is within convenient walking distance from my auto shop. $15 for breakfast, coffee and a tip is pretty steep, though, for the quality of the environment, food and service. (No sales tax in Oregon, so that wasnt a factor in the $15 tab.) BONUS COMMENT: The music was too loud.

Bad service. Hardly ever go to ihop but decided to go this morning. Ordering the food over the phone was complicated and they still got the order wrong. Apperently if you do not want a combo you need to specify or that automatically happens. I am very simple and if I say I want something, I want that specific item. Do not just assume what I want. Also the hosts were rude. When I mentioned something wrong with the order she snapped back and said, "it comes with it." Well I dont want it, I said and she snapped with,"I didnt take your order." After just saying whatever, I paid for it and another girl comes out and throws my card at me and says "heres your card" and walks away. There was no thank you for your service, come back. Nope they acted like they did not want me to return and thats what I will do. I hope your crappy service business burns and falls like Rome, a waste of my morning.

My husband and I LOVE breakfast food so obviously ihop is a frequent stop. I have never had an issue with the food or service but sometimes I question how well kept the place is. More than once Ive received plates, cups, and silverware that was sticky or obviously not clean. Ive heard other tables near by request new silverware. The restroom is never kept well. Twice I have gone and had no toilet paper. Today there was pee all over the seat and visible blood on the feminine dispense container. There were dirty paper towels on the floor and the mirror looked as though it hadnt been washed in days. This makes the experience less enjoyable even if the food is good. My only other complaint is that their hot sauces are ALWAYS watered down at every location making me not even want to use it but instead bring my own. Youre a big chain Im sure you can afford to not water down the hot sauce.

Ordered omlet with side of pancakes. Omelet over cooked, same with pancakes and cold. I rarely if ever complain because its not the waitresses fault but I did and got replacement. Second time was worse. There were actually burn marks on the food like the cook did it on purpose. Mentioned it to manager acted like it was no big deal. Awful experience. I dont reward business by returning. Good bye --- Follow up. I was contacted by a area manager who said she wss interested in more information about this incident which I promptly provided. Even promised to mail me two gift cards worth up to $10 each. ($4 more than I paid for two bites of over cooked food) I didnt receive anything in the mail. I find it really appalling that an IHOP representative would play me like that. Screw you IHOP

I have always liked going to IHOP, probably a sentimental thing from when I was a kid. I have frequently gone to this particular IHOP and I have watched my favorites leave the menu, and the number of lower cost items shrink. Its hard to find a variety of "normal" pancakes, they have gone to more sweet and dessert type pancakes. This IHOP is wheelchair friendly - the restaurant, parking lot, and the bathroom. It is fairly clean but if you are near the kitchen, rather noisy. Ive seen a faster-than-usual turnover in employees, the waiter we had a few weeks ago was ultra nice - absolutely no complaints there. Still, IHOP is a nice treat, especially for the kids, or if you are in the mood for something sweet and decadent. (IMHO - bring a latte, I dont care for their house coffee.)

The first time I went to this particular IHOP, we waited for 45 minutes before someone took our order. The second time I went here, my friend ordered the chocolate pancakes and they looked and tasted like leather! The waitress didnt come to check on us at all. The third time I went here, my friend and I were hit on profusely by the obviously-lesbian waitress which made our stay very uncomfortable. Im assuming that most IHOPs are not this terrible, but this is the only one Ive been to. DO NOT GO HERE!

We were having our tires done across the street at Americas tire company so we came here to get dinner while we waited for our car. After 45 minutes we were still waiting for our food. We ended up leaving without even getting our food. A full set of tires were changed out by the tire place but ihop couldnt make some pancakes in the same amount of time! Ridiculous. And Americas tire company was extremely busy at the time and ihop was not busy at all. Wont be going back to this ihop again.
