First of: There is not such a thing as a "formal entrance". When you go to what it seems to be an entrance there is a sign asking you to make your "grand entrance" through the side door. Inside,the ambience is NOT AT ALL what you see at other Red Robins locations. Hostess is clueless and seemed like she was lost. Waitress was friendly but did not seem to pay attention to what she was doing. Took forever to bring my coffee and when she did it was cold. Our food was served by a very nice guy who happened to be the manager (which we did not know at that point). We didnt have any napkins and all the other waitresses seemed to be too busy to see we were trying to get their attention. We had not been to a Red Robin in quite a while, but last time we did, plates were not plastic/melamine and cheap looking. Plates were all greasy and looked like had been handled by 15 people before getting to us. Gross. In fact I was so grossed out I did not eat and told the waitress I wanted to talk to someone about it. Five minutes later, there comes the nice guy, which we learned was the manager,he brought our napkins (!!) and listened to what I said with a look of dismay in hiss face. He did not appologize for the greasy and dirty looking plates, no. He said it is normal because the cooks wear gloves that get greasy (?) . I have eaten some greasy burguers before in many different places, and they were served in perfect clean plates. So no excuses here, please. He was nice enough to offer me a fresh made burguer since that one was cold but I was totally thrown off by the looks of it that I declined. He did ask the waitress to pack the burguer to go, and bring it to the table, and we were not charged for mine. My husband had a couple of bites of his but was also displeased by the dirty plates, so we left to eat somewhere else. Long story short, I do not recommend the place.

We will not be returning to this restaurant. This was a busy Friday night so of course we walked in there expecting to be patient but that was crazy. After waiting at the front for everyone else to be helped the hostess ignored us until my husband walked up to her. Bear in mind, he only had to take two steps. We got in fairly quickly but had to wait for our waitress to more than a quick fly by for some time. She was in a big hurry and barely took our order. I was prepared to be irritated with her when we realized that all her stations were spread out all over the floor, unlike the rest of the staff. She had to work twice as hard to accomplish the same, not fair. Our food was horrible. Our son got the kids hamburger meal. What he got- two slices of bread and a slice of meat. Nothing else not even any condiments. We gave him lettuce and tomato off of ours. My salted caramel shake had no caramel in it,which I think the waitress realized cause she tried to put more in my shake for me. My husband and I split the Guac/Bacon burger. Um, could we have some guac please? And I think there was some bacon on it, at least my husband claims there was. Our family is on a strict budget so this was a real treat for us to be able to go out. What a disapointment all around.

This was the 2nd time visiting the Bonney Lake location. The first time was right after opening. I am please to report that unlike the 1st time, todays experience was so much improved in every way. Our server was very busy, but so friendly and eager to please. We were apprehensive about the quality of the food this time, but I am pleased to report that it was served quickly and it was hot, and probably the best we EVER had in ANY Red Robin restaurant. The Manager stopped at our booth and asked how everything went. My report was a glowing one. I asked the name of the cook. His name is Billy. Before visiting again, I plan to call and check on whether he is cooking during lunch service. Perfect!

Bad experience at the Bonney Lake Red Robin on 2/12/17. For example they were out of regular buns and did not let us know until the food was served. Our burgers were placed on small, smashed up and burned sesame buns. Several staff members were unprofessional and showed poor work ethic. Among many other questionable actions, we witnessed several staff yelling out over the restaurant about a personal phone call to another in the kitchen area as well as having inappropriate personal conversations near customers. Upon leaving, we did not feel well from our meals and will not return to this location in the future.

Ive visited this location several times in the past few months. The location is a little smaller than other RR Ive been to in the past but I didnt feel like that had an effect on the service. All of my orders have been correct, (even with change requests) and my waiters have kept my glass full and my fries fresh, an expectation that any RR should meet of course. Basically, if you are a fan of RR you should feel right at home here, perhaps youll have to wait a little longer to be seated if it is busy as it is a bit smaller but other than that, its business as usual.

Lousy service... Confused our ticket and served 2 other tables ahead of us and then tried to say it was the kitchen being sooo busy. They were busy but I guess I was expecting more than a 6 dollar comp for my inconvenience. Its amazing how ready they are to have you leave once you are done with your meal but cant seem to be bothered that you waited 3 times as long as everyone else for their food. And food is okay it really just another sit down burger joint with a bunch of phony wait staff trying to make you feel like its a happy place NOT!

The food is usually good, though theyre a bit odd about fries, which you would think is clear-cut for any Red Robin restaurant. The location is abysmally tiny, and should relocate to a larger building ASAP. More space would fix a ton of the issues this place has right now. The staff wavers. Sometimes they are friendly, sometimes they are not. Generally they are prompt in my experience. If it looks very busy, dont go in, since they dont seem to know how to handle huge crowds yet.

This location has been hit and miss on the food...somethimes great...sometimes not super hot out of the kitchen. The staff is friendly and the service has been fairly good. But I feel something gets lost in the shuffle with the mix electronic ordering pads and in person table service. This location is also quite small so it feels a bit closed in and it seems like some things like the carpet are wearing out and need to be replaced.

My burger was delicious. My husbands was dry, even though it was the Mac n cheese burger, there wasnt any cheese sauce. I was pleased to see house made chips. Our server forgot the dipping sauces that went with the appetizer. What made it 4 stars instead of 3 was the fact that I dropped our go boxes outside the door and they kindly gave me an order of fries.
