Came in on a Thursday night at around 9pm. We were able to find a parking at the side of the restaurant which was great because that usually never happens. We walked in and noticed that it was not a busy night. We waited at the front just over 3 minutes before someone greeted us. As we walked through the restaurant dining area, I couldnt help but to notice the place was a disaster. There were things from straw paper, food and ice and even utensils that were not picked up from the ground. We were placed in a quiet area which was also nice; however, that only led to poor service since they completely forgot about us. We waited for about 15 minutes before asking if we should go somewhere else and it wasnt until she overheard me ask my girlfriend that she went to assist us. Upon her arrival, we ordered food and drinks and even a cocktail. Unfortunately, the cocktail wasnt delivered until after my meal was served and the burger I ordered was missing the bun. The bun was then served on a different plate; however, I was unaware that I was suppose to "build-a-burger" myself. I asked them to take the whole thing back and make it right. Overall the experience was poor and I really hope they get it together before someone shuts them down. The way I see it is if it was a mess in the front side where the customers are eating, I can only imagine how it looks in the kitchen!

Sunday night at 6:15 we stopped in with our 2yr old grandson. We waited 20 minutes fir a table,as the hostess had informed us. We were seated in the back with 2 other tables and 2 different servers. The servers purposely entered the area and never gave eye contact. We then signalled for a server via the table electronic system....no server for 47 mins..Another table after us was greeted served and ordered without eye contact by the server...I couldnt leave my 2yo to flag the manager. My husband is disabled. WE WALKED OUT...NO ONE NOTICED OR CARED. MY GRANDSON WAS CRYING ONLY BECAUSE WE WERE LEAVING. He had been playing with his toys we brought quietly for 47 mins. He was upset not to get his milkshake we kept promising.... McDonalds served us in less than 10 minutes, were friendly, gave us eye contact and concerned about our order.....STAY AWAY or bring your own food. Red Robin servers could care less...

Server was quick to take our order... Then we waited 30 min without our food and without even being checked on. I finally had to approach her to remind her that we still hadnt been served. She was very dismissive and said "youre my last table Ill have it next" and then she brought our order right out. I thought it was interesting that our food came out immediately after I asked. She assured me that it wasnt sitting under a heat lamp forever... That "thats just how long it took to make because we are so busy" but the food was cold and my wifes bun was soggy. The manager offered to remake my burger if I was willing to wait ANOTHER 15 MINUTES... Eventually he agreed to comp my meal which is the only reason this Red Robin gets 2 stars... Food was cold and terrible... Service was worse.

Food and service were both great. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the kids menu mac and cheese was bottomless. The bottomless fries are a nice idea, but its primarily a gimmick to save them money: they bring you just a few fries and let you ask for more if you want as many as another restaurant would give you. Its great if youre trying to eat less... just eat what they bring and dont ask for a refill. But if you like a normal amount of fries be prepared to wait for them to bring seconds (which thankfully did not take very long). This is a great place... I dont begrudge them the cost cutting gimmick since they so readily bring refills (and theres the side benefit that with fresh fries youre not stuck eating a pile of cold potatoes).

We decided to go to Red Robin because our local Red Robin is great and they have an interactive menu and are pretty good about adjusting to people with food allergies or intolerances. We went to this location and it was okay. They were pretty busy and we didnt wait too long to be seated, but had to wait a while to place an order and for the food to arrive. When the food arrived, the orders were messed up. We didnt have a lot of time here because we had waited so long. So we ate what we could. The food was typical. We also had to get another server to get our check because our regular server was nowhere to be seen for quite some time.

Well not much. I am not one to ever leave a complaint but Tricia was not very nice and in an industry were people would like what I tip it would be nice to have someone respond with your welcome. I said thank you 5 times and not once did she say your welcome. Or make me feel welcome. I didnt order a lot but I still left a 10$ tip. Off 17$. She needs to go out of her way to not patronize friends and do a better job of making her customers feel welcome. I am a great tipper but this was bad even for Red Robin. Dont be a bartender if you can be a gracious one.

We were here with a party of over 30 people and still had great and timely service. Were big on quick refills when it comes to drinks, fries, and kids meal items and they did great with that. Other Red Robin locations have been a little disappointing in that department, but maybe it depends on the server. It was definitely a busy night for this restaurant. The food was delicious as always. Kids got mac and cheese, which comes with a refill. We got the whiskey river bbq burgers, which are so so so good.

Ugh where to begin. Our food took forever to get to our table. The server had way too many tables at once making our not so enjoyable service even worse. They tried to make it up to us for our food being late with more cold fries. The restrooms where disgusting the changing table didnt look as if it was ever cleaned as well as the floors. My husband told me that mens restroom was way worse with a clogged urinal that was overflowing covering half the floor. Gross. I will not be going back there.

They had us waiting for more than 15 min at the table and they didnt even come and offer us water or even say they will be right with us or anything. The server walked past us a couple times and didnt even look our way. Not one server or even buser acknowledged that we were even there. That was extremely rude I have never experienced anything like that. We just got up and walked out of there of course I will not be returning to that specific Red Robin ever again.

Server forced our large table to pay using their touch screen tablet. We had a 12 top, each paying for their own meal. We could only pay one at a time and had to wait for out turn on the tablet. I get the benefit of using the tablet in some situations. Like "hey, I want another beer, I can order one without waiting for the server!" But dont force this new tech on every interaction. Some times the old way is faster and provides better service!
