Drive-thru takes a long time usually. The staff there is random most of the time I go, theres sometimes a cool dude that will get you the largest water container possible and some of the girls might get the medium one and not the large one when I had asked for a large one. Before they updated the location, they had this one cool dude that would always make sure everything was great and would brighten up your day by his positive attitude. When this new location got renovated, I didnt see him anymore. I try not to eat fast food all the time, I either come near lunch or later at night (2-4 times a week). Again notice that this franchise is fast food and you wont get the best quality of food. I couldnt tell the difference of quality of food between other Taco Bells.

Generally I dont mind waiting a few mins at a fast food drive thru but tonight I pulled up at 6:51 pm and the drive thru didnt move one car until 7:00 pm and then took another 5 minutes to move another so now its 7:05 and I havent even ordered yet in fact Im still 2 cars behind to order by the time I got to place my order it was 7:11 pm like I said before I understand when it takes a few minutes but 9 minutes for 1 car is ridiculous so by the time I got my order it was 7:19 so 28 minutes to get Taco bell I havent even eaten my food yet but it better be the best damn tacos Ive ever had cuz I could have made tacos faster

WOW. Worst experience at a fast food place ever and thats saying something. Ive never seen such lazy people, they clearly do not care about there job at all. Had 3 people in front of me at the drive thru and was there for a half hour. We ordered extra sause on our burritos and it had no sause at all, no suprise there. I dont understand how people can be so stupid, you look at a sreen and then make what it says, how do you screw that up? Absolute idiots. I saw one guy working and the rest of the workers were just standing there.

Hard to hate Taco Bell, especially with their Triple Double Crunch Wrap Box, all though my one complaint was that their Frito Burrito was three times smaller then when I first ordered it and the fritos werent crunchy so it was a soggy Frito Burrito(I hope that they decide to keep the Triple Double Crunch Wrap Box on the Menu). Also, they didnt put Sour Cream in my Tacos for my Triple Double Crunch Wrap box; Other than that, I loved the visit to Taco bell and would recommend it to Friends, Family and Acquaintances.

Consistent quality and good service at this Taco Bell. I can only think of one time theyve given me the wrong order; I discovered it as I was leaving the parking lot, went straight back inside and they promptly remade and replaced both my order and the order of the person (still at the drive through window) whose food theyd accidentally given to me. They did this all with smiles on their faces.

The night crew on 05/04/2015, about 2200 (10pm) to about 2230 (10:30) my wife and I went through drive. Lazy wrapped our food, a soft taco spilt inside the bag and over everything. Then we find out her 7 layer burrito was ordered but not placed within the bag. Before the remodel, it was a great place for late night grub.... Now however, new building is lacking the service that was there..... :(

Every time we go we are either missing half of our order or our order is wrong! Worst Taco Bell ever we cant even leave the window with out checking our bag because we know for a fact something will be missing....I took my bag in one time saying I was missing my fiesta potatoes and the cook tried arguing with me that he did in fact give them to me...

The drive through line was extremely long, and the wait was not fun, but this Taco Bell seemed to be one of the very few that have gotten my order right. Perhaps ordering on the app made it easier for them? Either way, their competence, especially compared to other locations, will have me come back to this location when Im craving The Bell.

I had a great experience with Anna and staff. I had an embarrassing situation that she helped me with gracefully. Speed in a drive through is often to blame on the customer, honestly, right? Good people just trying to make a living folks. Dont be so picky, smile and treat each other with kindness. Now go get some tacos!

This place had been good but not since the remodel. Dont get me wrong the place looks better but every time Ive got there theyve messed up something with my order. Their only excuse is that theyre training new people. If that was the case how is it that they keep messing up things month after month?

The drive thru is horrible. They make you wait to place your order so that they can cut back on their drive thru times but it seriously takes FOREVER. They get your order wrong 25 percent of the time so check your bag before you leave the window. The north Auburn location is much better.

It seemed like the manager was there training an employee. He was doing a great job and was super positive with all the workers! He also gave me a free drink! Maybe cause its happy hour? Overall, it was a very happy vibe and good food!

Worst service, always long waits and they never have the full order. I went 8/8/15 they didnt have large cups nor sour cream. The time before that no carbonation for their soft drinks and lobby was closed. Worst Taco Bell in the PNW.

Floors are very slippery. The staff was very friendly and the eating area is small but clean. The bathroom was locked, not clean and out of towels. Food order had minor mistakes but the person taken the order was new.

Brand spanking new. I was waiting for the grand opening. Ive been twice & so far it hasnt disappointed. Love them apple empanadas. Can be crowed, but the wait isnt long. After all the food is made to order.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Where to start, drive thru took a half hour, wrong food, the lady was rude, the wrong food was cold, didnt even get a receipt so I could tell the bell how horrible that store is.

Went june 1st at 7:30pm. Worst made steak quesadillas ever. Brown sauce resembled gravy.. Shouldve been green sauce, creamy avocado ranch. Didnt even cut it right. Soggy, sloppy. Wouldnt go here again.

Staffed by a variety of highschool kids, so the maturity of service can be lacking. In spite of this they do seem generally up-beat and value the customer experience.
